  1. Are these the right dimensions for RDA954's ? DIAMETER = 296MM HEIGHT = 49MM THICKNESS = 24MM * NISSAN 350Z TOURING * NISSAN STAGEA M35 I thought they were 30mm thick like lots of other nissans. I thought I measured mine as just under 28mm. O well I might need to check them again (For a 1999 S2 Stagea RS4).
  2. Im keen to find out as well. My S2 Stagea has less then minimum thickness front discs plus they are worped so need to change them ASAP. Thanks Brendan
  3. Hi, I'm after a sump for RB25DE Neo. Think all RWD RB20 and RB25 sumps will fit. Preferably one in SE QLD. Cheers Brendan
  4. How did the bike pump go? I thought they only blew and didn't suck.
  5. I guess the best bet for fitting a gasket is use manufacturers instructions. The ACL one I have for an RB30 says to clean both surfaces then put the gasket on, oil the bolt threads and under the bolt head. Then tighten to car manufacturers specs.
  6. So you don't use a gasket? Sounds good if you don't need one. I already have an RB30 gasket so I might as well use it. Message me if you have a spare sump.
  7. Thanks for that. Anyone know if an RB30 sump gasket is ok to use? And whats the procedure to change it: I guess clean it, then put on the gasket with gasket sealant or just bare gasket by itself? One of my co-workers said to put a film of grease on the gasket but I don't know about that idea.
  8. Howdy, I have an RB25DE NEO for my R31. I noticed the sump has been damaged. What options do I have? I read somewhere that all RB20, Rb25, RB26 and RB30 sumps should fit. Is this true ? Is there differences in the various models? Im guessing the later models have better technologies, oil pickups, baffles etc. I guess the best stock setup would be GTR sump with the front diff etc blocked off. Unfortunatley I don't have heaps of cash laying around for an aftermarket one. Thanks in advance Brendan
  9. Yeah I followed instructions. I also added a few of my own. Cranked the engine a few times to get rid of fuel before taking the pipe off the steering tank (The pipe I removed was the rear most pipe). I also temporarily added another pipe to the tank so fluid didn't leak. I also had a few rags around to soak up the mess. I think I made a bit of a mess because my bottle was a bit dodgie, and I didn't have a helper to catch fluid while cranking. It tried hard to smoo but all it could do was a few bubbles.
  10. I would also like to know this. I am guessing fronts would be 28mm min, 30mm new (same as R34 but thats a guess) Mine are currently just under 28mm. Cheers Brendan
  11. I finally got around to doing it the other day. I used about 2L of fluid flushing it through. I ended up using Nissan Auto Transmission Fluid at $12 a Litre. Only problem I had was catching the old stuff, I thought I was catching it pretty well, but ended up finding heaps on the ground. Next up is new rotors and a diff fluid flush.
  12. A bit late now but they are all sold. For interest they don't come with top hats.
  13. Good tips. I might have a crack at it now
  14. Thanks Daleo Sounds like the way to do it. I didn't realise the fluid pumped around by cranking the engine. I thought it was just when you use the steerring wheel. Why do you need to remove the fuse and not have the engine running? too much fluid presure ?
  15. Anyone got some tips and pics on changing the steering fluid on a S2 RS4 stagea ? The old fluids getting a bit blackish. It only has front wheel steering. I haven't had a look at it yet. Do they have a drain plug or you need to take off a hose? Thanks in advance Brendan
  16. Is it possible to replace them with a pair of matching plugs? My steering boss contacts wore out on my R31 so I mounted a horn switch on my dash on one of the blank panels.
  17. Still got R32 fronts. R33 rears sold.
  18. Part numbers: R32 FRONT: 341285 R33 REAR: 341222
  19. Pair of near new R32 Skyline KYB Excel-G Front Shokies (Still got boxes) $200 ONO Pair of near new R33 Skyline KYB Excel-G Rear Shokies (Still got boxes) $200 ONO They retail for about $390 a pair. I had these on my S2 Stagea RS4 for a couple of weeks less then 300km. They were fitted with lowered Tein springs. The ride was a bit bouncy for my liking so I pulled the lot out and have gone back to stock springs and shocks. They are located at Oxley in Brissy. PM me if your interested. Brendan
  20. Thanks, Its a S2 Yeah i'll have a look at the info. Was in a rush today.
  21. Anyone know where to buy Stagea Front Discs. I would pefer slotted rotors, don't realy want cross drilled. Thanks in Advance Brendan
