yea, i taking my car there too, too bad i've done my oil change last time~ it was pain in the arse just sourcing the fluid this would be good for any GT8 owner who never or about to due for major service

iam using adrenalin and both thumbs up for it!...and its much better in wet and cornering compare to what i had from the dealer - Dunlop some shxt... FYI, Costco also selling it at a really good price for 17" and 18"s~

aww, I just been told with the same issue when i took my car for 90000km service this morning, they telling me "the left side rocker cover is leaking and need to replace it"... still waiting phone call for the price quote, not for if they gonna replace entire rocker cover or just the gasket...

UPDATE: just been experiencing this issue within the last couple days.....when i step on brake harder, car will goes under-rev at below "100 rpm (normal idle at approx 200~400 rpm)" so this might rule out the possible PCV issue?

Hey guy, just been experiencing this issue within the last couple days.....when i step on brake harder, car will goes under-rev at below 1000 rpm (normal idle at approx 2000~4000 rpm), then the handbrake and battery-like light came up...and if i dont step on the pedal to bring up the rev the car went stalled.... stalled has only happened twice so far, but iam still worry about it bcoz it never happen before Its 2002 350GT-8, i am just about going for 90000km service...anyone got ideas on what might going wrong so i can tell the mech to check/repair cheers

but my car went okay as soon as i turn off and turn on the engine~ and its now okay...i dont think my is fuse issue tho

just had same issue happened to just two days ago... centre console suddenly lost power for split sec, then back on again for few minute, then repeat for about 3 times before its completed out: -lost power on centre console, cant do anything to music and aircon - but aircon still running as normal (still feel cold air out from vent) -no light on speedo then I stopped on the side of the road, shut the engine down...left for about 30sec and turn the engine on and everything back to normal i've only got the ipod connector installed still be fuse even tho it did come back normal?

Hey guys, just found out my driver side HID doesn't come up tonight, done some thread digging and just want to confirm I should be sourcing D2R bulbs? Also notice the ballast is kinda fat and not the slim style so I am also looking into get it replace too. I still cant find any information about how to replace the bulbs, from memory ppl said gotta remove the front bumper off in order to reach it?~ Any helps are appreciated

Just spotted a red coupe with some kind of gold rims on Station St, Box Hill

try to get a booking at City nissan but they busy due to Cup day... the car is normal, no more issue with the lights or not rev up problem, but I noticed some power decrease since then...suspecting O2 sensor might be the problem... will get it check with the code soon

Hey guy.. This morning (4am, foggy, approx 15~18 degrees) I start up the engine and noticed the engine, VDC/OFF and SLIP light is on...so I shut it off and start up again and the lights went off. Drive out my garage(downhill) and was okay, as soon as I hit the road and start accelerating..the lights came back on and no matter how hard I step on the paddle the engine just wont rev up(stays at 1.6,7 KRPM)...so I tried again with shut off and start up about 5,6 time...still the same problem. I managed to get the car back on half way on the hill to garage....left the car there for around 3~5min and tried again....it was okay, back to normal... I had to take friend to airport with my bro's car...so left the V in the garage for around 65~70min, got back and test it again and its now normal.....test drive around in the area and had no issue, gearing in D checked, gearing in tiptronic with all 8 "gears" checked, R checked... I open up engine bay and dont see any sign of leakage...engine oil okay, steering, braking oil all okay, except the coolant is below the MIN line. Car is only around 3000km from last major service at 80,000km (had issue at the time with petrol leak due to stuffed O ring from the petrol pump). (Coolant seem to be at a weird level where its only 3000km from last service, except its was kinda hot day yesterday in Melb....) I am kinda worry about the issue...its now normal but if it happened....likely it would happen again.... Thinking bring it back to City Nissan where I had my 80,000km service tmr to run a diagnose... Has anyone got an idea on what is wrong?? or anyone has this kind of issue before and what was the solution??
