  1. make sure you have a new gasket.
  2. The eye lids are off. One came off naturally at Calder anyhow.
  3. That is my car, and yes they were a prick fitting. The stupid design extrudes as you get to the spokes. I'm running 5mm justjap spacers (full face spacers with 5x114 holes only). I also had to knock the lower caliper hard lines closer to the body of the caliper. Phillip Island, Calder and DECA proven so far. I have 50mm NISMO studs, but haven't put em on yet.
  4. This is where its at! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1aSR5Vd4eRM
  5. Does your car throw a flame now?
  6. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PkiZdcAR6WU&t=75 Lady crisis?
  7. Both great clips, does anyone know the top speed of the car down conrod?
  8. did you find out wtf was going on with the brakes?
  9. Have a look for the blue chassis plate. QM1 is the colour on this one. Have a look for the colour in the same spot on yours.
  10. entires closing next Wednesday, get on it!
  11. Can you get an image of the tow truck from the police? Yellow, Black etc etc? I doubt it was the first time these knobs had done something like this. but that is not to say they are not the sharpest tools in the shed and could well be using the same truck / be in a workshop / warehouse somewhere that someone on the forums may see. farkn hard luck though. there would have been a fare racket as they got the thing onto the tray, as it would have been dragging or they would have busted the window to drop it into N and take the hand brake off.

    Sau Vic Tv...

+1 great stuff! Put 10th of july in the calendar, its the next round after winton, at Sandown.
  13. There is a field on the form for double driving. This is so they space you out enough group wise.
  14. These do have directional vanes, so they are on the correct way. They look the goods in yellow. I've had these at Calder and PI now....I'm still learning, there is sooooo much brake there now, it is changing the dynamic of the car.
  15. buy a drift base from autobarnz (do these bolt on now? or are they still a little dicky? S13 base also works) and some velo side mounts. $150 for the base and whatever you want to pay for the side mounts....
  16. ok, online forms filled in.
  17. Yep the shroud is still here.
  18. PI action for the win! 0.4 off PB pase, still learning this new chassis. Too much sway bar up front, will go harder next time.

  19. Always good fun, bonus when you can drive the car home as well.
  20. gap the plugs down to .5-.6 and see if it corrects the problem, it so you need new coil packs?!!?!
  21. Surely we need to know which cars to despise more than others, with mutual respect of course? State of origin style.
  22. EBC Blue stuff on the front and yellow on the rear atm. Can't fault them yet. Yes they don't bite down hard like HC+ but I don't find them any worse. Both are similar when cold and I haven't had them scream like Roy either, ala the f3000's. Quite right they are AP style pad, so use whatever compound you like (they don't cost any/much more than the sumi sized pad) Also, why do the rear calipers? ksport/g4/d2 front only is proven, works, provides fantastic stopping power. Though I'm watching Ash's comments on the el-chepo dba5000 style rotors. $900+ for dba5000's that are made from some compound of bega cheese In saying that they did do a good job and I had no problem with them, but didn't get 12 months out of em.
