  1. Great stuff! The new surface at turn 6 was like butter in a fry pan. Tyres screaming and not a lot of grip.
  2. Epic event. I'm sure there are photos and video to come. On the run home now, back to reality.
  3. Great to hear most of you had a good time. Tony and Martin, lol. Good one. Sandown is not a particularly inviting place in the wet/damp. Nice to see you made the most of it. Rob those photos in the sand are priceless.
  4. No-one checked the cars for class specification. The safetly scrutineres were great, sensible team. Good to see aero being checked for safety. There too many aero breakages over the weekend to mention. Front and rear splitters breaking away and the odd rear wing. Every 3rd open car had something rubbing on the track they had the aero that low. It's a serious competition now, it needs written rule book. Not pub rules.
  5. Yeh it's a different style track to anything in Vic.
  6. Epic day at the track today. Drama all over the place!
  7. Though it doesn't happen that often than u can't drive the car back.
  8. I would suggest emailing the sprint secutary, on their website.
  9. See if we can't get a projector for some WTAC footage or something.
  10. Jam the GPS between the sun visor and roof. Phone goes in centre concole with helmet bag so it doesnt rattle around. Camera mounts are somewhat of a farse. suction mounting is hit and miss with the officials.
  11. Adding weight, Ferrari's long standing (back from Enzo's days) relationship with Pirelli.
  12. lol, the GETZ is just like this. Love it. Foot the to mat, you can hear valves bouncing around in the high revs. Very little sound deadener between you and the engine. And...your still way under the speed limit. ha
  13. Join up to SAU VIC and save 5% at Sabbadin in Clayton http://www.sauvic.com.au/sponsors_supporters
  14. Mine on the 15 were dead as well. One side was easy, the other side.....not so much. iirc the drivers side one as the power steering in the way. Camber seems fine for light track work. I run -3 on the front and -1.8 on the rear.
  15. How much camber do you have? On streeter tyres you want to run around -2 all around anyway, even -3 is not that bad, although on the rear is a little excessive. Engine mounts on SR's are a right PITA!
  16. The Club has no say in how the forums are operated or managed. The forums allow each club a unique area for their club members, however forum rules still apply within those areas and ultimately the forums still control those areas, though the clubs do have some moderation control as well. We make requests, just like any other forum member can. That is as far as we can go. I do hope that the situation changes for the forums in the near future to improve the situation. As the last 2-3 months have not been great forum compatibility wise.
  17. It's a matter of interpretation...fuel system. But I suppose not.
  18. Mod RWD. Standard class is for Nissan comp and exhaust housing turbo, std injectors / AFM
  19. Harsh will have that info soon The hoodies has funked up sizing. We have a sample of the Large. I'd me going a Medium.
