That is the time the cars must be there, if you are just coming down for a chat you can come later and leave earlier. This is in the general section I so though more non members would be reading it, so not entering cars If you plan on taking your car, and why not there are a bunch or prizes. If you turn up late with your car, sorry but the council have everything locked down so we cannot get you in.

That is Hill Climb for you though. More talk than time in the car. Most of the cars breakdown and the guys need to fix them during the day. That is apparently "Fun".
