Just wondering if anyone has photos of their skyline with 19s on it or 18s, preferably r33. Just a forum link would be sweet. Trying to toss up between converting to 5 stud to get a set of 19s or just stay with 4 stud and get a set of 18s... Notice much difference ya reckon (cosmetically)? Any opinions welcome.

Yes but if you change the excess, since the car is only worth 7g it still doesnt add up. Thinking of going third party fire and theft and building up a no-claim + good driving then switching to full comp when it's more affordable for me (student). Yeah it's still $2300 How old are you if you don't mind me asking? You surely built up a no-claim discount and have your house and all that with the broker yeah? (like you said)

If you do them properly they turn out great. Unless you're wanting the less weight (which for a registered street car is just stupid IMO) they are the way to go!

I'm thinking of going the third party fire and theft option because paying 2g a year for insurance on a car which i paid 7g for just isn't worth it!

I just got a quote for $2300 full comp for myself from just car insurance on a 1993 non-turbo r33. No mods. I get my license in March but on the insurance quote i wrote that i just got it in early january. So what i'm asking is, Any p platers got a decent insurance quote yet? How much do you pay and who are you with, how long you had your license? Cheers all.

Does this work out fairly alright in price if you spray everything when you buy a new bodykit, except the engine bay, in the original colour, just a re-coat?

Hey man, doesn't sound like it sound be doing that...i recently test drove a r33 S1, non turbo and i found that when i planted it from about 2k rpm in 3rd to 7k rpm it was smooth, meaning you might want to get ur driveline checked out

Do the 'drift' handbrakes actually do anything different performance wise or do they just look 'ricey'? (Personal Opinion, I'm not fussed)

I'd image you'd have to get a harness setup if you were to get a full bucket seat because they are more racing orientated? Anyone confirm that?

How much does a good set of gtr seats go for? Should i be looking at only r33 gtr seats or will r34 seats fit just as easily too? More expensive though right?

I'm with and3_3, get a 5 stud pattern it opens your options up for future upgrades. I know that's what i plan to do once i get mine...if =p (nah should be very soon though currently offering on one)

Hey guys, just wondering what seats you are all using? I've been looking around just out of interest and these Bride Ergo II's stand out, being affordable and still looking decent. Anyone got them or have experience with Bride seats or any other seats for that matter?
