  1. I am interested but prices is high. What can you do for a sydney pickup? Thanks
  2. sydney and compass is the bottom of the first column in the menu part. 4th button across to get to that menu
  3. Compass works 100% and is accurate. And it seems to have a point near the city it wants to get to. Surely someone else's must work
  4. Hey all located in sydney Wanting a V35 exhaust, catback or just the rear muffler to make it growl but NO DRONE! Thanks all
  5. Yea, very sure. I turn, it turns, and it works cause i go east to work and west home. I'll get a vid of it tomoz morning on the way to work.
  6. My compass works???
  7. saw a blue V35 with a nismo kit near king georges road on canterbury road this arvo around 6pm. gave a wave but dont think they saw.
  8. I'm guessing he agree's
  9. He came and saw my car. Said the white ones come up great. He said the problem was most likly the stuff is sticking to the car alot more than others because there is so many hills and vallys in the paint. I did get it off with the clay bar, but it was a stuggle. Once the car is detailed and smooth, should be a breeze to wash. Mark was great to talk with and i'll be booking it in very soon.
  10. Got them and will ask the detailer in a few weeks to remove and polish that section up to match White cars sometimes are the worst!
  11. Thanks The thing i realised was ive been using a wash/wax mix at the start, then cleaning off, then polishing but not re waxing. So i guess thats why stuff is sticking to the car more. I'll see how i go today to making the car looking its best. Now to find some shade. Oh, and buy a polishing machine, i guess its a good investment in the long run.
  12. So what i'll do tomoz is clay, with liberal amount of the detailing spray. If that doesnt work i'll go with the bug and tar remover. Then wash, then polish? i really want to bring the pearl out. Then i might go to Dr detail. TK, i was advised not to cut wax / polish the pearl, good advise or not? is cutting fine? Also, whats a good paint polish and which step would you do that? Wash, clay, wash, paint polish, normal polish>? or is normal polish paint polish? Thanks
  13. wash it with a sponge when i do it? or a mitt? Thanks, i'll be giving everything a go on wednesday. First the hot water and dishwash liquid. Then the tar and bug remover. Then to the detailer after ive done that and see what i could do, and what he can do!
  14. Your the man to talk to then. In light i can see swirls, not too bad, but there, maybe other owner didnt look after it as much as me. I'll try the bug / tar remover, and see how i go. I'll get a photo soon and then i'll get it to a detailer to make it new, then keep it awesome from there. Guess you cant polish a turd
  15. Ah, i'll give it a go. Thanks for the tip!
  16. i think 35% is the legal requirement but each to own i'll contact him Thanks!
  17. Yes, please do, what % tint does he use?
  18. Milperra, 5 mins from my place so big thumbs up! $400 inside and out? Got contact details? Thanks
  19. well i park under tree's at work, sometimes, and under tree's at home, its just the area i live and work in. Tree sap sounds it, but yea, they claying did nothing really. Unless i did it wrong? I'll get a photo, but the stuff is very rough to the touch.
  20. Lets not go nuts! Dont wanna spend 10K
  21. I dont mind spending the $$$$ if the work is top notch. So feel free to offer the best, but having said that, if a small scale guy has good service and a no crap approach, i'll go with them, support small business etc. Thanks for the tip!
  22. For all the cleaning guru's, im getting these black spots all over the pant, mostly the roof and back, and they wont come off, washing, claying, nothing gets them off. havent tried the bug and tar remover yet but i want to find out what this stuff is before i throw everything at it and risk wrecking or swirling the paint. Happened to my other white car, and i think my dad used a paste of some sort to get it off, might have been a cut polish, but i dont want to try stuff on the pearl paint if it'll swirl it up. Anyone else had this problem? My car has to be parked outside, so any tips for when i remove it to keep it off? Thanks all!
  23. hey all two questions #1 Car detailing. who and where does it best and prices. Looking at getting the car done. I'm in south west sydney and would like to travel as least as possible. but having said that, if someone is the guru, i'll travel. #2 Window tinting. I really like the midnight express dark tint, the darkest legal tint anyway. Who does it best and prices? Thanks all
  24. I'll be there guys! If my work roster allows it.
