I use a 150T Final Inspection highly recommends a 150T also I dont think the 125 has a forced rotation mode which is the best one to use!
-
or you wanted to get into Hot4s Magazine
-
Silver is a common colour to use, or some have done some kind of tungsten? i think colour ... they both look good I think it was 666DAN that did a thread on this ages ago, tons of people have posted pics there and you could probably get an idea of a nice colour from that thread I did mine silver

Not too sure about power mate, but I think the leftover coffee aroma will be great in a muffler, the air coming from your exhaust will recirculate into the lucky guy behind you, who will get a pleasant coffee scent. imagine if we got the whole world doing this! Coffee has a stronger smell than milo so I think you'll definitely see massive gains in aroma there, just not too sure if its worth the price difference .. is the tin about the same size as the milo one? if you're after aroma you could probably just get home brand coffee. that extra 33% is probably more like 3% ... marketing gimicks i tell you
-
Yeah but a 120Y is more expensive than one of these .. that just seems wrong lol
-
not too sure when ill check out the 280zx but hopefully soon - im quite keen to have a look at the manual 280, but dno dont have quite a good feel about buying his car, it looks pretty good though but his informations all over the place.. worth having a look at though. why are 280zx's so cheap? their about the same price as a civic lol! me and my old man are prob gonna go meet melvin and see his integra friday night tho!
-
Just gets me so worked up when I see all these branded companies ripping off people who dont know any better, if I hadnt discovered this secret by accident I would have spent thousands on exhaust sytems and stuff glad I could inform everyone else how to make a good exhaust system for cheap though! perhaps they will stop asking about exhaust systems now that such an ideal one is available for almost nothing
-
james - lets both get 280zx's?
-
im actually considering a 280zx ... theres 2 more besides the one i saw for sale in perth (found em in quokka) their both rego'd and all around same price one is auto and in good condition (apparntly) and in applecross the other is manual, but 90% restored and rego due .. even tho it was advertised as with 6 months rego :\ also in one ad he was in thornlie (in the quokka) but on the online quokka hes in willageee.... also willing to drop the price on that one! might chek em out if i have time tho! and ill be seeing melvins integra this friiday

I prefer scenic stuff to grafitied walls A skyline - especially a gt-r is a thing of beauty and should be placed with other things of equivalent magnificence

-
its been quiite some time since I went up that way but I think on the side of the road are little points where you can park your car (on gravel if i recall) and at some of those spots you should be able to get a really good view! road name is zig zag scenic drive let me check my other threads, if im not wrong James posted a pic of his car on that road?
-
idea! Kalamunda - gooseberry hill zigzag road, should get a great view of perth from up there!
-
If you bring models for the cars - my house LOL but on a serious note i think 99% of shoots are done by the riverside, but they look good! somewhere overlooking a beach perhaps? cottesloe beach has a carpark overlooking the beach ... but the carpark will probs be full unless u do it at night :\

looks great now jez! we still need to cruise together sometime mate -
good idea mate, its always best to improvise, the gains you can get from being resourceful is amazing sometimes. dont know how these aftermarket companies are still surviving when a $5 tin of milo which also gives u a very enjoyable drink gives you just as much performance as a $200 muffler - which is also basically a milo tin .. just shiny and with a brand name on it lol?

James you inspired me to look on carsales! http://www.carsales....01622&silo=1011 http://www.carsales....01622&silo=1011 I think integras actually a pretty good choice, was looking at the ozhonda forums .. seems like power can be had for quite a decent amount of work. sure as hell more responsive to mods than an n/a skyline! and much lighter too not in perth but .. http://www.carsales....id=12F1908D48F0 *edit* - from Ozhonda (DC5R though but id imagine DC2 would be similar?) Low budget – Sleeper (Quiet & quick) #1 – Lightweight flywheel #2 – Heavy-duty clutch #3 – Lower final drive #4 – Modified stock airbox (Aka Hondata) #5 – Header + cat + JDM DC5R or Mugen cat back #6 – Hondata K100 Power output: 120 ~122kw @ wheels (Dyno dynamics- shootout) Low budget – never going to get an ECU #1 – Lightweight flywheel #2 – Heavy-duty clutch #3 – Lower final drive #4 – Intake - CAI's deliver superior results.(Eg: INJEN / AEM / GruppeM) #5 – Header + S2000 cat + cat-back system (60mm minimum) #6 – Spec A2 camshafts / valve springs / head gasket 0.3mm Power output: 126 ~128kw @ wheels (Dyno dynamics- shootout) NB: Add K100 ECU for 144~146kw Low / Med budget – Never going to crack the engine open. #1 – Lightweight flywheel #2 – Heavy-duty clutch #3 – Lower final drive #4 – Intake - CAI's deliver superior results.(Eg: INJEN / AEM / GruppeM) #5 – Header + S2000 cat + cat-back system (60mm minimum) #6 – ECU + Dyno tuning Power output: 128 ~132kw @ wheels (Dyno dynamics- shootout) Medium budget – Hate noise & Stop @ ECU #1 – Lightweight flywheel #2 – Heavy duty clutch #3 – Lower final drive #4 – Intake – Modified stock / GruppeM or Pipe style CAI (NB: CAI loud @ WOT) #5 – Stock exhaust system / or stock JDM DC5R exhaust system #6 – Spec A2 camshafts / valve springs/ 0.3mm head gasket / ECU / dyno tuning / heavy duty engine mounts. Power output: 136 ~138kw @ wheels (Dyno dynamics – shootout) 8600rpm rev limit Medium budget – Stop @ ECU #1 – Lightweight flywheel #2 – Heavy duty clutch #3 – Lower final drive #4 – Intake – CAI's deliver superior results. #5 – Header + S2000 cat + cat-back system #6 – Spec A2 camshafts / valve springs/ 0.3mm head gasket (Compression up from 11.0:1 to 11.4:1 / Titanium retainers / ported head / JDM intake manifold / ECU / dyno tuning / heavy duty engine mounts. oh wow i totally forgot carsales - their usually much more expensive i need to get my hands on a quokkaaa too!
-
I dont think the 4WD TX3 fits in my budget, i was hunting for one - i actually quite liked that car and yeah the r31 is another option ... huge car though! ive seen some really nice looking ones on these forums but
-
I actually dont think their that bad looking a car LOL http://perth.gumtree...QAdIdZ308708673 i was looking at that awhile back hows one of these or SSS pulsar compare with a civic in terms of parts/aftermarket support? Civics dont seem that light - the sedans weigh in at 2300-2500 lbs apparently the hatches are a little bit lighter (sorry the weight is in lbs - wikipedia lol)
-
oh for any future readers of this thread who are looking for similar things .. http://www.overclock...late_legal_cars this was posted somewhere else on these forums, but i find it pretty useful i was looking for a micra super S as that site suggested *edit* their pricings a bit inaccurate though some cars have appreciated in value while others have depreciated .. or so ive found anyway
