Thanks for all the help everyone, I reckon I'd be beyond help if one of these guys couldn't sort it.

Went in to the local and only on the Gold Coast Nissan dealer for a few oil filters and innocently asked what oil Nissan spec'd for an R34GT-t, it was all downhill from there on, I was condescendingly told 'Nissan don't recomend any oils for imports' in a manner that left no doubt that if he had to choose between serving me and a pile of dogcrap the dogcrap would get served first. Is this a general thing ? I had heard that Nissan whilst not being encouraging regarding imports were at least mildly supportive regarding OE aftermarket parts. But maybe that was Mitsubishi ?

In that instance mahap the mods could consider a sticky with workshops in it for each state ?

Hey, thanks mate, I took it back to where I bought it from this morning and thier guys reckon its a dirty throttle body which is, of course, a service item-ah hem- me I'm not so sure. It's not a majour thing, I'm just a fussy prick when it comes to my ride.

Could anyone point me to a workshop on the GC that knows what they're doing ? I have been told that there may be one up towards Nerang that are very good but the teller didn't know any details.

The car did not do it when I test drove it on Saturday. Where should I start looking for the cause/s. This is my first Skyline so I'm as dumb as a post when it comes to tech knowledge on these cars.

Like the topic says I need an R34 GT-t Stock Airbox, it would be good if I could get the fasteners as well as I have no idea what bolts hold it in. I'll throw in an HKS pod set up free on top of the purchase price to maybe encourage a quick result. I'm on the Gold Coast so local would be handy, not essential though. .

Hi everyone, after a s-it load of stops and starts I finaly bought this fella:- Once the image is up double click again to max it. Now I need a stock airbox and a rear muffler section. And let the games commence.

Whatever you've been taking you should iether take the right dose or stop completely-- or perhaps being a retard is normal for you , it's frightening to think you're actualy out there driving a car--or are you , can you actualy reach the pedals and see over the steering wheel yet ?

Hi, it's a brand newy so I wouldn't be taking it near a dealer to trade I'm not into puting carsalespersons kids through private school , the Redbook for this car is :- average private price$10,700 - $12,300 for a stocky depending on klms traveled this one has 1750klms on it--it also has brand new worked BSA 16"x7" RW001 alloys (wiegh 6.2kgs ea) and brand new Falken Ziex 205 x45 x 16 rubber (cost$1400 all up) and Crystal Glaze paint protect ($795.00) . The stock 15" wheels and hubcaps come with the car. Obviously it's got 2 1/2 years 98250klms full factory warranty and roadside assist which extemds to 5 years and 175 000klms if you get all your servicing done by Holden.It gets 8.2lt to 100klms all city driving and around 6.5/100 highway.
