IT WAS TURNED TO ITS LOWIST POINT

i just put a dual stage boostcontroller on my car only to find its lowist boost was 15 pound the car pinged bad so i backed off and took it home and pulled the controller back out now its got a pop in idal iv changed the plugs no change at all any idears what it may be
