Spotted a white "S2" (i think! only got a quick glance) on Windsor Road heading towards Windsor, passed just before I got to Rouse Hill (heading towards Blacktown). Just after I spotted the car going the other way there was a nice big downpour! Atleast the car got a good rinse

Just been doing some reading on the NIStune site and was wondering if anyone on the forum was running one in their M35. I've got a 2001 model and would like to eventually go down the avenue of highflowing stock turbo etc in the future. I wouldn't mind going for a system like this to atleast turn down the fuel mixture to save some juice as I think it's running quiet rich. Anyway, any feedback would be appreciated!

Nice kit, but I really want to go with something with a matching roof spoiler I just think it really adds to the look of the car. At this point in time my first serious consideration would be given to the Nismo kit, followed by the Dolphin Aerosport. But as stated previously, I probably wouldn't consider it tell I was looking at a full respray, I think however I would get it resprayed the same red as it is at the moment, the colour has grown on me.

After some calculations the basic kit is Freeway Dolphin Aeroform Stagea (White kit in pictures) Front Bumper Spoiler 75,600 yen ($1044.26 AUD) Side Step 63,000 yen ($870.221 AUD) Rear Bumper Spoiler 71,400 yen ($986.627) Front Grille 31,500 yen ($435.276 AUD) Eye-line Garnish 15,750 yen ($217.621) Rear Wing 57,750 yen ($797.944) Total 315,000 yen ($4351.949) You should think though they could sharpen the pencil on a complete fitout and give a better price. I like the kit though, worth keeping a note of. P.S maybe they would throw a set of this in in 19" http://www.freeway-dolphin.co.jp/wheel/kamp/kamp.htm

Wow, that is another sweet kit, anyone know the rough price and availability of this Dolphin Aeroform kit? Thanks Jet P.S. googlied http://www.freeway-dolphin.co.jp/aeroform/...a_new_m35st.htm http://www.freeway-dolphin.co.jp/aeroform/...tagea_m35st.htm P.P.S. Has Japanese pricing on it, maybe I need to google for a currency convertor

Ouchies, nice driver side impact Imagine if it was a Hyndai or any typical aussie made ultra thin panel car. Cut the f*cker in half And sorry about the address Ian, I meant to email it to you, I knew I had forgot to do something!! I noticed the inside of the V35, especially the front, shares similiar interior and console etc. to the M35.

I've been thinking I might have to hunt one of those rear spoilers down, definately adds to the sporty appearance of the M35. Then again I could go crazy and buy a whole Nismo kit, I'll wait until I'm doing a complete respray

Congrats, I just picked up once 2 months ago with 52k on the clock, it's up to 58k now You'll need to put some pics and info up once you collect it so if we spot you around we can beep ya. Not sure if this will help but recently there was a thread on ECU fault codes, give it a shot. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Ec...-W-t261557.html As for hooking up to computer for diagnostic etc, from what I've heard Hornsby Nissan are very popular and enjoy working on the imports. A lot of Nissan dealer's don't want anything to do with them regrettfully (i.e. Blacktown Nissan). I havn't been to them myself yet but will be in the next few months as I need a rubber seal replaced on my rear sunroof as it's split in the corner. As for the parts, Nissan Australia could probably get them in but I would shop around just incase they are too expensive. There is a For Sale section to the Stagea forum which may be worth searching or even putting a Wanted to Buy (WTB) in and seeing what the guys have sitting around in the garage gathering dust. I havn't used them yet but there is also a mob in SA called NissWreck (www.nisswreck.com.au) who sometimes have V35's being wrecked, you would need to make sure the part is the same as the M35 part though. But some food for thought incase you need stuff that is compatible with the V35. Hope to see you at the cruise one Thursday night, we'll increase the M35 population Maybe one day out number the Skyline's *evil laff*

*ignites the zippo and bends over* I'm not sure if I like the front end conversion, it's interesting to say the least.
-
Andy, I don't know, but if it's not running too bad it can't be too detremental! I'm sure one of the other guys will help you out, I've tried looking in my M35 engine bay but it's so chockers you can't see much I should get around to having a good dig around but I'll probably unplug something lol

Spotted a silver WC34 (didn't get a good look at front end) at the intersection of Parramatta Road and Bold Road, Granville @ around 11.30am. Gave them a few hoots of the horn as I passed them heading towards the Motorway.

My warranty (don't know about Andy's) requires the work to be carried out by a workshop and the invoices have to be sent through to the warranty company. i.e. if they do not receive an invoice for a service or it isn't serviced in the correct intervals your warranty is non-void and leaves you up the creek
-
I'm in the same boat, you don't mind paying to get the little things done as long as it keeps the warranty protection valid though. Atleast if something does go bang you can use the warranty to repair it.

Havn't seen a grill like that before, I've scoured the net the past few weeks for practically anything Nismo for the M35. Maybe it's just a Nismo sticker on a custom made grill? I would love to by a full Nismo body kit but they are like mega expensive, I'll wait until I'm ready for a full respray I especially want the tail spoiler thingie
-
it's missing so many pimp features!! Gotta love the dual sun roof, pop-up screen with sat nav. But those are just extra things that can go wrong, if it's in good condition and drives well I'm sure it will keep you very happy Had my RS for nearly 2 months and I'm still loving everytime I drive it.

Sounds like the way to go, thanks Andy. How did you go with the Cam Angle Sensor, everything 100% ok now?

Sorry to bring this topic back from the dead, but I was just thinking and thought I would revive it! This time the question is NOT frequency, but more where should I take it? I was and probably would get my first service (60,000km's) done by Unique Auto Sports. But I'm also curious about whether or not any of you M35'ers have had services done by Hornsby Nissan, they seem to have a real good reputation so I'm tossing up whether to talk to them and see if they would service it. Might get my first one (since I've had the car) done by Unique and then get the one after (65,000 or 70,000 havn't decided) done by Hornsby Nissan. Any input greatly appreciated, I want to make sure it is looked after by people who know what they are doing and what parts are correct etc Tah mateys

... but then that gives you a great excuse to go highflow Quiet a few people on here have blown the stock turbo (i.e. ceramic internals?, correct me if I'm wrong). But from everyone who has gone down the highflow road, they have been more than happy with the results, and further more with the addition of a new engine management system they have managed to gain better fuel economy with more bang.

That's ok you can borrow the vroom vrooms. The electric sound just doesn't do it for me, it would be like going to Bathurst and watching battery powered Holden's and Ford's battle it out lol It's just NOT natural! Big night last night eh? Hope you left the Stag at home I wonder if you can like get the passengers in this car to pedal or something to power the battery so you never need to stop to charge!
-
Ian, do you ever put your piston back in your pants? How did the trip to Thirroul go? Next time you might actually bring a Nissan to the Skyline meet
-
Spotted a darkish Silver WC34 at 6.30pm this evening at the intersection of Vardy's & Sunnyholt Roads, Blacktown (Kings Park). Didn't get a good view of the front end so I'm not sure if it was an S1 or S2, but it looked pretty neat and tidy...... so did the female occupants ... hopefully they are not on this forum lol
-
If they are direct fit off an R34, you may want to ring NissWreck (www.nisswreck.com.au) and see if they have any on-hand. They are located in South Australia but they ship Australia wide. I've just checked their "Currently Dismantling" section and there is a grey R34 that is due in their next shipment, not sure how often they update the site so it may be available now.

Spotted Nick in the Jolly Green Giant and Ian in the pocket sized Fiat. Probably could have saved some fuel and parked the Fiat in the back of Nick's stag, that's car pooling for ya!
