Thanks guys, sheds some light on it. Although Ben's codes vary a bit to what my springs have them (55320-RSM55). They looks like S-Tune's tho, and they handle pretty well. When I get the front wheels off I will check for the Nismo springs & shocks and what codes are on those.

Jelousy is such a curse!! I'll go searching for more goodies later today and will email you personally to tell you about them Nah, I don't think there is much more in the goodies department but there is so much to check out underneath and in the engine bay etc.

Nick - hope you can make it man, I'm sick of going to things and being the only Stagea zei20l - is that a yes I'm coming or no I don't associate with NS As for the rest of you, get your ass into top gear and come see the movie! -

D'oh, silly me, I did work out that was the front strut but I havn't got under there yet as there is not much clearance and a million things to see when you do look under there. I can't wait to see under the front and find out if the nismo gear is there too
-
Ross, Thanks for that man, much appreciated. I don't read jap but have saved the pics for one day when I run into someone who does The leading product numbers are slightly different, mine 55320 yours 54010 but look very similar. I havn't been able to get under the front end to find the suspension but I will when I get it on a hoist. It sits quiet well and handles great so chances are it is a full nismo s-tune similar to yours. Once again, thanks mate!

MIKE - that's it for now, only the two items I'm curious about. Ryan1600 - thanks Yeah, I've goggled both car numbers and havn't found anything of relevance. I suspect the "Nissan Sports Muffler" may actually be a Nismo product but doesn't have Nismo marked on it anywhere. It has a sound control switch and a box on the front of the muffler (near the rear tyre). I need to get the car up on a hoist so I can have more of a poke around undernearth I know a mechanic who may help me with this, it's too low to get under to have a poke

Yeah, I'm at it again Whilst I was underneath the M35 I also noticed what I thought was a Nismo muffler, actually turns out to be a Nissan Sports Muffler. The product code on the back left side of it states B0100-AQ825. I've taken some pictures, it's a nice sounding muffler, was wondering if anyone had access to the specs for it.
-
Bugger, I thought the product code might have shed some light on them. Anyway, picture attached If anyone else has these springs or can shed some light on them, let me know.

I was crawling around underneath the M35 having a bit of a sticky beak at what's at the back and found some nice red coil springs. Upon closer inspection they are a Nismo product, they had 55320-RSM55 on them. Can anyone shed any light on the specifications of these springs?

OK, update please! I want to know how the road trip went etc etc.! Hope you had (or are having) a good trip home

That's not much good Jetwreck, hope you get it sorted soon. Looks like change of plans for me, I don't think I will be able to make it tonight. Hopefully make it next week or the week after, see how my fuel bills go -

There is still a chance I may make it tonight. I'm back on the coast and it doesn't look like I have to drive back tonight. So I may catch up with you guys at Fountain Plaza. -
I'm not sure if anyone is tallying numbers but I'm in for it. I've also posted this in the NSW Events within the Stagea area, so will hopefully be a few more interested.

http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Fa...&hl=furious I was just talking to Nick recently after seeing a topic post about a melbourne get together. Anyway, someone has already beat me to it and it sounds like they are expecting a pretty big turnout of vehicles of all types. Check the link, let's get some stag's together and represent!

My main concern is that the importer has put cr*p oil in but the warranty (from an external company) states 10,000 service interval so if something does happen with 7500km I will be hunting both of them down to get it sorted. So far though it's running great and no undesirable noises from under the bonnet, it's been reving quiet nicely and goes well. Andy - you going for a cat back or a complete exhaust solution? My car was delivered with a Nismo cat back with sound controller (via switch, sports & silent (not much different between either mode imho). Awesome exhaust though, but I think they are worth quiet a bit of coinage. Let us have the juicy details especially if you are going for extractors, high flow cat etc.

ahhh... Nick, always the salesman! I'm going to become a member really, just wait until I have the cash I need to become a member b4 the car goes into Unique for a general service, I want to save me some dosh. I'll keep the Federal Tyres in mind when I do need replacements, who fits them?

Ecu Fault Codes - The Easy Way!
Bis-e Bee replied to pixel8r's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
I just gave it a go myself, first time I didn't get it to work. Then I closed the driver's door incase that had anything to do with it and when I counted the seconds I used the old school method (1001, 1002, 1003 etc.) It worked and I also got a return code of 0000 This is a good thing I assume! -
Thanks for that information. I thought I would be alright but I thought being a turbo motor it may have been desirable/essential to do it every 5000km. I will be having it cared for quiet well every 10,000 km, so I will see how that goes.

Hey All, Just a quick query as I want to make sure I'm treating the M35 with utmost care without going overboard and splashing too much cash on servicing. According to my warranty rules I'm only required to have the vehicle serviced every 10, 000km's. I was originally planning to have the vehicle serviced 2600 km's AFTER I picked it up from the importer, they had it serviced only a few km's before I brought it. This did not occur due to money and the fact I thought it may have been a bit of overkill doing it so soon. Anyway, I'm going to get it serviced now when it reaches 60,000km's (which will be around 7500km's after the importer had it serviced). Does this seem wise or would it be risky? I don't mind getting a minor service every 5000 km's after this 60,000km service. Oh btw, the service I will be getting done with be a General Service by Unique Auto Sports so it will be pretty thorough plus I'll be opting for new spark plugs (maybe, depending on what will be gained) and a new high flow performance air filter etc. Any feedback on your experiences with servicing intervals for M35 would be greatly appreciated.

I would like nothing more than a drive around the Tasmanian Coastline. It's meant to be a good trip. Not to worry about tomorrow, I'm not even sure what time I will get back to Blacktown as I am still tied up on the Central Coast If things change and you have a spare hour or two you can SMS me on 0438 242 573 just in case I'm back that way.

Ahhhh but they look hell cool lol.. Thanks for the input though, if they are fast wearing and you drive hard it's probably not a good investment! lol
