  1. Yep, you got it! Pic of my full frontal exposure following lol As you can see I need to get the driving lights, not going to be cheap but will increase the sexiness
  2. The issue is only the rubber seal, as far as I understand it's general wear and tear but will do some more reading tomorrow. I extended the warranty to 5 years but it's with an external company and not the actual importer/dealer whom I brought the vehicle off. Once I have a read of the terms in the warranty I will have a clearer idea if it's something that is worthwhile pursuing or if I just get it fixed.
  3. Thanks heaps for that, I will pop into Nissan and get a current pricing in the next few days. It doesn't appear to be leaking water into the car so it's slipped down in the list of current priorities. A little p!$$ed off it happened but considering as though the rubbers are probably 8 years old I can't complain, providing I can get a similiar run out of the new one I will have to download a copy of Nissan FAST via bit torrent but it won't run on my apple macbook pro I will have to use a PC.... shudder... lol
  4. Ok, rear pic. If I'm right I think the code for the window rubber is 91246+A. If you need further information let me know. Thanks dude.
  5. Has anyone had to replace a sunroof rubber on an M35? I've been giving the windows a workout over the past week and a bit and the rear rubber appears to have broken slightly Anyone have a code/price on this one? Hopefully it can be replaced with a cheap after market job, not sure how universal that size of sunroof is tho. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  7. Cool stuff, I'm jealous because I won't be getting mine in for a few weeks. Do me a favour and take some pictures when it's finished or even better let me know and I'll come check it out when you pick it up. I'm sure it will look a million bucks!!
  8. Opposite McDonald's will be fine, I'll just pull in and we'll meet there if that's cool. No need to pull off the main drag as there is always a spot to park here and there in the vicinity of McDonalds. SMS me tomorrow sometime so I have your number.
  9. Nick, if you are going count me in, providing it's not raining!! My car has seen enough rain as it's done nothing but rain everyday since I got it except most of today. The bloody thing is still dripping water though as it is convinced it's a boat especially after the old road run on Sunday, that was indeed water sports Can we meet up somewhere and then drive to the truck stop? It's hella boring cruising there on my own! Just designate a spot as I'm not sure where you come through, do you use Abbott Road, Seven Hills?? Maybe we can meet at Macca's or something ?? Let me know man, mobile # is 0438 242 573, sms me or something man or if it's not too late tomorrow leave a rendeavous point and time here. Chow for now
  10. lol @ bedroom antics comment! I needed a good chuckle, thanks guys.
  11. They are tucked in the back blocks of a huge industrial estate thingie. I didn't even know they existed, only found them courtesy of Yellow Pages. If the Torana and the chopper are an example of their work they are pretty bloody good, and definately worth the cost. I'm still waiting for Terry to email a quote but he was talking $400 odd for the exterior and $150 for the interior, that's full treatment i.e. sealant on the outside once it's all cleaned up, buffed & waxed etc. and UV protection on the interior parts exposed to sun light. I'll bring it around and show you when it's done Nick, should look pretty dang good I reckon.
  12. I went and paid a visit to The Hills Detailing Centre (http://www.hillsdetailingcentre.com.au/) yesterday, met Terry Penn who seems like a nice genuine guy. He showed me a dark blue LH Torana with a HUGE supercharger hanging out of the bonnet, the work on the paint looked fantastic. Also showed me a custom chopper that he has been doing paint work on, has a clown face and stuff on it, looked awesome and the work on the cleaning it up was fantastic. Anyway, I'm going to get the M35 booked in sometime in the near future for an Exterior/Interior workover to clean it all up and polish it etc etc. Just wondering if anybody has any feedback about this mob or if you have had any work done there? I will take some photo's when it's done and post them up incase anyone else is in the Seven Hills area and would like to have some detailing work done. They specialize in the Meguiar's products.
  13. Or take your back window out all together, or in the case of the M35 the windscreen wiper might knock the paper off
  14. Oh there was a spot I made that I havn't posted yet! Was cruising up Vardy's Road at Kings Park and spotted a white S1 in my review mirror so I slowed up so he could come along side me. Was an L Plater and the car had different coloured panels here and there, the back end was grey i think from memory. I gave him a beep and a big blast of 1st gear with high revs
  15. Damn, ok, I'll just quietly drop back into the background People must see it or hear it, Nismo exhaust and manual changing she get's her rev's on lol
  16. You have to love a good MILF .... maybe not love her but atleast make love with her lol
  17. My M35 is running a Nismo cat back exhaust with sound control. Did anyone confirm the legal nature of this type of thing? It just has a switch that is either set to Sports or Silent. I can't really hide it because there is a silver box on the back of the muffler and it's a pretty fat muffler too
  18. Is it the Pearl White one on their site? To me the interior looks in fairly good nick, you might want to go and have a good look at the interior in person. A lot of forum users recommend this as the best way to get an indication if it's legitimate km's or if it's been wound back, I personally agree If it's got 100,000 km's plus the interior is going to be quiet warn unless it's been replaced but you should get an idea. Also if you plan on major modifications to the vehicle, you may need to find a company that will insure it. I've heard of some people having problems with insurance after modding their vehicles. Shannon should be ok but I would double-check. Whilst your at it, check this one out if you would be interested in a manual http://www.allimports.com.au/view/detail.p...4&car_id=48 This is the guys I brought my Stagea M35 from, so far so good and the prices are very reasonable. Have a look at the other one but if it doesn't work out this one might be a goer.
  19. Nah, he didn't really floor it off the line. I think it was just an over anxious sharp right hand turn that brought the back end unstuck. There was traffic backed up trying to turn into Norwest Business Park so he had to drive past them (they were on his right hand side) before he could start the turn. I really shouldn't have given him the little *beep* *beep* on my way past but thought he needed a sarcastic friendly gesture lol
  20. hahaha on the stories you hear!! Everyone has seen or been involved in something that causes others great delights, especially when it involves great acts of idiocy Nothing wrong with Holden's mind you, just seems a lot of idiots seem to drive them...
  21. It was a rather smooth, delicate and interesting display of sliding to tell you the truth, it was just missing the ballet style of music in the background I actually thought he may have got it back under control, I've been watching too many Skylines on the cruises I've been on lol they handle a little better than a hunk of clunk commodore ute tho. I'm sure he will atleast drive sensibly for the rest of today, for what tomorrow brings only god knows He can just be glad that I wasn't along side him and got clipped by his ass when it slid into my lane! I'm sure he would have loved to hear, "yeah mate, it's a japanese import" lol
  22. Ok, let's not start the great P Plater debate! I was a P Plater once and yes I was a bit of a moron too BUT, we all know the general rule that Utes are very light on the back wheels and one should exercise some general care in the wet?! Well, not this bloke We were exiting Norwest Business Park (Bella Vista, NSW) and this the sphincter of the universe went for the gas and swung a nice right hand turn in the fast lane, this soon turned into a nice slide and the rear end was unstoppable. Anyway, he ended up losing it and sliding up onto the nature strip in the middle of Old Windsor Road. Fortunately I let him take off so I was a safe distance behind him when he performed his wonderful little dance on ice I gave mine some juice and a courteous little double beep of the horn on my way past He must've had a task getting the ute off the nature strip, he was well and truely up there in the mud and grass etc. I'm sure he's learnt a lesson and hopefully it didn't damage the ute too much.
  23. Not bad at all, not sure I like the wheels tho. Nice body kit and a nice shade of blue. I've just brought one tho so I won't be buying this one And it may be an auto, but the tip tronic is kinda fun
  24. Looks nice, but you wouldn't want to be trying to get over speed humps or up driveways with it I've got a body kit on my M35 and it's proving to be a pain in the ass, the front end just sits way too low. It's ok on some speed humps but it's a pain to get up a driveway with any slant
  25. The cruise was alright, weather was terrible as you could've expected! The Stag handled the old road in the wet like a champion, I was on the tail of a Silver WRX No-one paid attention to the 60 zones but hey I had to keep up with everybody lol The only casuality on the journey north was a matt black corolla, into a rockwall front first and took out most of the front. Car was trashed but the female driver was relatively unharmed. I think the car will be going to the big wreckers in the sky. Turn out was moderate, a handful of Silvia's, a couple of sweet Skyline's and only one Stagea (me!). Shame no other Stag's made it but atleast I was there to represent!
