  1. And officer, that is really how it happened!! Thank god for digital odo's
  2. Spotted GTR70Y at around 3pm today in the Northern Beaches region, not far from the Baha'i Temple. Went for a saturday drive from Blacktown to Summer Bay Very clean GTR, love the blue!!
  3. That works out very well then! Give them a call or pop in, hopefully they will be able to assist you with your request. Cheers
  4. Hey buddy pal, how you going mate?? I could be investing a bit of money in DBA at some point to the tune of 2 x 14" & 2 x 13.8" 5000 series slotted's
  5. How was the clearance with the suspension on the M35? I believe +35 is the ideal offset so spacer may still be the best option if someone buys these for fitment on an M35. Just a warning for potential buyers, you will have about 4mm clearance.
  6. Free bump When are you going to start producing the "special" new dumps? I could be interested in one of those once SAS pulls da finger out with the ecu's.
  7. I recommend Charlestone Exhaust at Blacktown, go and see Bruce he is great.
  8. A little bit of a hike for you but call these guys http://www.generalauto.com.au/ They are located at Lidcombe and specialists in speedo's and odo's, should be able to help out.
  9. I meant on the street, not on the dyno
  10. Boys and there toys! The AR-X is always going to have slight disadvantage
  11. x2, now you mention it always happens most at bp. you have to leave a couple of mm's out to fill it without cut off every 2 seconds.
  12. The correct ecu's don't come up that often, I was lucky enough to get prestige motorsports to track one down for me whilst they had someone visiting japan. Most ecu's you will find on yahoo etc are for the vq25dd, very rare to find a vq25det ecu. From what I know they don't have a sticker like that, they are printed on.
  13. You will probably find it has something to do with our servo filler spout's and the angle of the filler on the car I've never really watched as I just back off when the fuel cuts off, never looked to see what point the fuel was at.
  14. As I am on a 5 year warranty with mine I get all my servicing done at Hornsby Nissan. So far no hassles, they should know the car well because I've had 4 services done there so far
  15. Simon, What's the price going to be on the HR III? Looks awesome, love the MP3 + MP4 playback (including divx and xvid) and the recording (not that you would use it that often but hey). I assume hooking it up would be identical to the instructions for the HRII.
  16. http://www.asuka-mobile-tv.com/ Found it, just took a bit of looking around.
  17. Hey man, Any links for both models? Would like to read about what they do
  18. Ebay listing is still showing 80,100km's, they obviously havn't updated that one?
  19. As Scotty stated he didn't want spacers, sucks that it is hard to fill the guards without having to add spacers. If the suspension arm has 7mm clearance and he went with a +38 rim, that would reduce the clearance to 4mm. I assume this would be running too close for comfort?
  20. The only problem I have had so far is a split in the rubber around the rear sun roof. Unfortunately I have the rubber but Hornsby Nissan were unable to fit it, I have to track down someone who can fit it. Something to do with the rubber having a wire support or something around it. Anyone have any suggestions who might be able to remove the old rubber and fit the new one?
  21. Not power whores, just a heavy vehicle that needs more oomph to satisfy But as you have said, for a stock motor it's pretty awesome given the weight it has to move. I'm up for 100,000km service in a few weeks, exciting stuff. I'm sure Nissan will feel the need to bend me over again Hope Nissan stock half decent spark plugs for the service, probably expecting too much if I think they will have titanium's? Hopefully she will feel pretty bloody good after her 100,000km service, should have her going quiet well.
  22. How much will you be lookiing at for them? Any gutter rash? I would be looking at a semi gloss respray in black so not too concerned about condition of paint, just overall condition of rim. Let me know
  23. Before anyone else picks up on it, I was just reading the brochures and comments and it appears that the Autech Axis was NOT created from the AR-X model. News to me, did they start with an RX and boost the height and clearance or something? Anyway, just wanted to correct myself before someone else got to do it
  24. As quoted above my comment you will be ok up to 1200kg's, anything above that would be a dangerous risk. Just make sure you get a good reliable mob to do a professional fitment.
  25. x2 if Chris tells you this is how to get it to play through the stereo he know's what he is talking about.
