Anyone have a price on HKS cam gears? I assume you need the fancy purple wheel + the camshaft for the exhaust end? And are rb25 and rb26 ones different? T.

Often the first response is to brake - it's whether you have the fortitude to resist this natural response and do the RIGHT thing to correct the situation. Often the first response in a non-ABS car is to slam on the brakes and forfeit the ability to steer. It takes a fair bit of training to lift off and steer out of a bad situation. T.

My HKS filter and HKS bov makes the car sound completely spastic. Whole buncha wheezing and fluttering. Sounds like Darth Vader. I'm thinking about either servicing the bov and changing to a Apex or Redline in a UAS box. T.

Depends on which you mean. I would only consider the "33" types. For some odd reason I've taken to the 33 over the 32/34 besides the fact it has the most boring interior and arguably the most staid exterior. Eventually I'll have a 33 GT-R but it seems like an odd upgrade over the 33 GTS-t. It'll be faster in every respect but it won't be as 'fun' to drive, it'll use even more fuel (!!!) and it'll set new standards in extortionate repair and performance bills. I don't contemplate looking at the same interior again... T.
