  2. i jus installed an fmic and a boost controller, my car i an r32 gtst, with rb20det, standard injectors and pump, done 89,000 km's and the engine has been perfect for me besides having to change my fuel filter, but something strange is happening now since i put in my boost controller, was running fine on 12psi before it put it in, and with only and extra 1/2 psi it startes to wind slowly, then it clicks and then the power punches in, some times it feels like its not getting enough fuel too, jus wandering whether my pump cant handle the power or if its just out of tune, i plan on puttin in a walkbro pump asap, any other idea's?

  7. mtx's top of the range 15" sub the mtx 6000, in exelent condition, very loud very strong crisp bass, just too loud for me, i want something a lil softer, she is in a big twin ported box refer to the pic, $350 firm in box might think its a bit much for 1 sub in a box. but its quality, rrp was 500+ jus for the sub alone and the box is high quality very thick wood, sounds a treat. would suit a hatchback give me a buzz on 0439 473 737 or pm me see a pic below

  9. ok sweet, its going in for diagnostic next week, ill recommend checking coilpacks and adjusting the sparkplug gapping, so all in all it dosent sound too serious?

Hey guys, my friends r32 is misfiring badly after 5000 rpm, it has iridium sparkplugs which are 6 months old so i diddnt think it was that, we put a fuel treatment in it 2 weeks ago the max octane boost one, he gave it up to 5000 rpm let it sit there and then gave it up to 6800 rpm and it was ok, but it had to be staggered or it would misfire, now after fuel treatment it still misfires. it has a 3' exhaust pod remapped ecu and hiflowed the stock turbo, BEFORE , the car would run fine on 15 psi,but now its misfiring on 10 psi (were leaving it on 10 psi). any ideas?

  13. was reading thru a post where someone on the wrx forum was talking about a Best Motoring video where they had an R34 GTR, EVo 8 (I think) and a WRX STi RA type C and some other cars on the track. I was surprised, but they said the R34 GTR came 4th and the WRX 1st. lies i seen one of those video's with an nsx and rx7(the highest spec one) and the other other rx7, gtr 33 & 34, evo and sti the high spec rx7 came first just infront of the 34 which started from the rear, then came the nsx, and the low spec rx7 33 and sti/evo made up the rear a fair bit back from the others
  14. driven properly an sti should match or beat a standard gtr ... hahahah hahahahahahah ahahha rofl japs lie about specs gtr = alot more powerful then an sti!sti = like 210hp and gtr = over 300 or some shit afaik and more to the point gtr's absolutely kain sti's arouns the track

  16. got it all installed, had a little bit of fun with the piping, took all up about 4 hours, also installed a boost guage, and done some repair on my front kit which was damaged a while back on the way down from brisbane when i hit a kangaroo, was snapped in 3/4 spots and done an oil/filter change in 1 weekend!!, and tonight car started pinging after change and boost guage was installed, scared the f**k out of me, was loosing power, seems it didnt have enough oil! but when i checked it when i first put it in it was fine weird!
  17. put in an rb26dett or mod an rb30 i dun think ull get the resualts u want from an rb25

  19. would jus be oil filter and possibly spark plugs, any other type of performance place will do a good service for cheaper and will prolly put in more time and effort too

  22. *ye thats the problem with front mounts, kits need to be modded to suit car * im lucky cause my mate had almost an identicle sized cooler in his r32 400x250x65 with 2.5 piping or some shit and brought a whole new kit so i pinched his piping for my new 450x300x75 cooler
