  7. 150kg for 8 reps. I weigh 75kg Have only been training legs for 3 months now. But have recently changed my entire program to do less intense leg work but hit them 4 days a week. I know.... To much or what ever, but this is my first week on it and I've read a lot of different stuff on the matter so I'll see how it goes.

  10. Probably do better times because you just want to get home and put the whole unpleasant experience behind you I've run in light rain during summer before, wouldn't run in the rain during winter though. summer rain is a win though.
  11. Good documentary that one
  12. It's also a fairly loose power guide mate. A turbo to suite 500hp is vey different to 700hp. Eg. Gt35 wod be best for your 500hp goal, but won't do a whole lot more very comfortably. T04z will get you 600hp at the wheels, but will be a fair bit more lag compared to a gt35. And still, a t04z won't get you to 700hp. The engine build involved is the same for those targets, but the different turbos will make for a completely different car to drive. If it were me I'd stick to 500hp as I still like a little bit of response. Nitto oil pump would b my choice as well. Heaps of praise around the forums for them. I think te bigger factor rather then what pistons and rods you choose is how well it's put together. Is this car for street or track?
  13. Dude, just use the notes app that comes standard on your phone and then copy it into your diary when you get home. That's what I've been doing anyway. I find that when I'm having a good session, my hand writing is terrble because my hands are shaking and I get seat all over the paper, thus why using the phone now.
  14. Yea, sorry mate, that was just an example. I used to train at home and the one I have here cost me like $250 IIRC. I wouldn't recommend getting to cheap a tower because the really cheap ones usually flex around a little when you're doing dips on them. Not very inspiring...
  15. For lats just buy a power tower i think they are called. Can do chin ups and dips on them. Best investment ever, do eet edit: something along these lines here
  16. Would be the weights I would say. Any cardio you want to do can be done aronud that. That's how my current set up is anyway. 4 day split with a little bit of cardio when I can be bothered.
  17. I'm very curious to see this famous birds 4 day routine. Could you please pm it to me birds? Wouldn't mind comparing it to what I'm doing and maybe get a few ideas out of it. Cheers mate
  18. Prices are negotiable. bump
