  1. hey thanks for the help, gonna crank her up from 18lbs to 22lbs soon, goodbye V8's, beat a new GT40, shelby, the new 6.1 hemi, corvette etc.....not bad for first timer ha

  3. so i just did a 8.6 1/8 mile with clutch slip in 2nd and 3rd (brand new HKS twin????) then it didnt slip the next 2 passes? RB26 lost by .4 sec to 2 big V8 drag cars i think i will stick with the RB26 now ha
  4. hey there, just taken my GTR to a 1/8 mile race, have about 500 bhp -5's etc. have a new HKS twinplate. did about 3 runs, on the 4th run it started slipping late into second and third gear, then on the last runs it didnt slip, was launching around 6500rpm? any ideas? oh yeah did a 8.6 with alot of clutch slip, beat a new ltd edition shelby, gt40, corvette, one of those new 6.1 lt hemis, came 3rd beaten by .4 sec by 2 drag cars, valiant, torana SS

  6. price for a forged RB26, price for forged RB30 (drive in drive out) say to suit -5's?
  7. will the larger gap help performance?
  8. my mechanic who built the car said to gap them to .5 just because i dont have ubgraded coils etc
  9. hmmmmm, i do like the idea of keeping the RB26 in my car, my R33 is pretty standard looking (except the LMGT4 rims), no gauges, not lowered etc (except the engine mods) good for resale, but the RB30 sounds sweet, i sponsor robbie 'RIPS' wards car, maybe i should fly up and have a spin in an RB30?
  10. will be getting the ol' 26 forged soon, have -5's, and the usual supporting bits and pieces, was thinking about going towards an RB30? whats the general consensus?

  12. hey there, just taken out my NGK BKR7E that have been gapped to.5, my mechanic has ordred me bosch plugs to replace them. what should i gap them too? RB26 about 500hp, 18lbs boost, read that the bosch plugs arent that good? cheers robbie
  13. hey all, just entering my R33GTR, into a 1/8 mile drag on road surface, i have 255/18/30 toyo, im running about 310AWKW, HKS twin plate, what PSI should i deflate tyres too? or should i not bother cheers robbie

  16. hey there, i have a profect b spec 2, am i dreaming or did i once read you can get a switch to mount on stearing wheel to flick from low boost to high boost? cheers

  20. hey all, Taking my GTR down a 1/8 mile in a couple of weeks, have never done any drag racing ha Running stock internals, -5's and all the bits and pieces that go with them, HKS twinplate etc, getting the ol' boost wound up to 22lbs, so she should be seeing maybe around 580-600hp. Im racing aston martins, ferraris, GT40, and a large amount of american V8's etc. party time....................

  22. hey all, just watching one of the 'high octane' movies and over in japan they where comparing a couple of tuned cars on a 1/4 mile time with a g tech pro. has anyone used these, or tested its accuracy of the 1/4 mile while doing a 1/4 mile? cheers robbie
