and the four settings are 20, 25, 30 and 35
getting .85 bar on the 35 so pretty close to what i want just want alittle faster boost responce.

every block i do 2 days then 2 nights
and it cycles through the week, so i get a friday-saturday off in 2 weeks
then i'm on the relief shift, 8 weeks as the spare person so will have most weekends and friday nights off
i wouldn't mind getting back into a sport but only socially not to competively
but working 4 on 4 off really stuffs that idea around
if it was 4 on 6 off i could do it
i did this with golf, sort of regret it but not to fussed as i know i didn't have attitude to practice as much as i would of had to.
