  1. That's big weight, what she weigh?
  2. And finally the tune, very few tuners will spend time on the light load points and that's where most of us drive for economy. Hit the nail on the head right there [emoji115]
  3. I've even seen people calculate after top dead Centre marker then the TDC then get it all wrong
  4. And also on those boost /afr numbers I'd run cooler plugs like 7's not 6's and remove some of the excess Temps, there might be a deg or 2 there.
  5. Bad batch of fuel can cause all this. Shame about the distance, you could empty the tank and try a new batch of fuel and just apply the timing in small increments and see if it will accept. timing number sounds way too low even for that.
  6. Petrol tunes running afr of 12.0 flat is too lean id fatten that up at 20psi even more so if your trying to add more timing and there is inefficiencies in the system.
  7. Was it pinging or did he just pull up
  8. 7deg is not right
  9. Was it pinging? Is that why he aborted the pull?
  10. *What crank trigger are you using std Cas? *What specific timing advance is your tuner trying to achieve & what did your car except? Since he's surprised it wouldn't except more.
  11. *Pull out plugs check heat range. maybe post a pic. *What boost and cooler? *Is there signs of oil on plugs from intake side of turbo (stuffed turbo)? * Is your base timing set correctly so all numbers on the ecu represent correct ignition advance?
  12. 70kg deads is no joke. The average man wouldn't move half that once. Keep up the great work
  13. That old Dyno graph is putrid..Lol Would feel like a totally different car now. Finally some positive news to report which is good[emoji106]
  14. Wonder how many other engines are floating around built to this level of precision ?
  15. You never know, something positive may come of this.
  16. People do you make mistakes. There's not a single human that hasn't made one. But, it's the way those people try to avoid taking responsibility that shits me. They see it easier to lie then admit they were at fault as it's a hard pill to swallow and there's a lot of pride at stake and everyone is the world's best Engine Builder you know what I mean.
  17. If I were you I would put the price up. maybe the low asking price is making people wonder if it's a good clean car. people will pay if there serious.
  18. Lol. good idea, maybe we could put a padlock on the crank angle sensor
  19. Good that you can finally drive it now after all this time[emoji106] Cas is in the fully advanced position, was the ecu's timing locked and base timing set correctly prior to tune?
  20. Worth noting is the little difference in power when going from a huge lift intake cam to almost an oem std spec intake cam, despite the slightly longer duration.
