yeah im looking forward to the driver training days because i want to be one step ahead of most people on the road and i want to know how to gain control easy when i lose control and all of that stuff. i think the government should incorporate some advanced driving courses into getting your license because i went to my uncles and aunts and my mum and saidto them do u know how to gain control of a car thats lost control and they had no idea. but yeah when i hoon around its always somewhere where no one is about and nowhere where i am in danger if somthing goes wrong. the local industrial area is good on weekends when theres no movement going on

yeah im planning on doing advanced driving cources and also im not ignoring the advice im just trying to give the full picture of whats going on and also trying to put all the advice infront of me to see wat path im going down in the end. believe me i take in all the advice everyone gives seeing as a few have been in my place and can give me insight

i personally dont like the v35s i like the round lights. if i was to get somthing newer it would be a r34 gtt if anything but i prefer the r33. i think im going to go take a look at some non turbos and see how much the difference is in price to a non turbo and a turbo and make my choice and if i dont end up getting a 33 ill just get a vl or a r31 and just use that till i get off my ps and then go for the r33 or 34

the way i see it is that theres not that many liners that are easy to find that are in good condition so i want to buy one in good condition even if i have to pay to non turbo it and then turbo it again rather then buying a non turbo one and driving it for 2 yrs then selling it to buy the turbo one. as the years go by the skyline arnt getting in better condition or with less kms there all getting kms put on them and all the good ones are the ones that are being bought and there isnt a endless ammount of good ones really. thats how i see it i might be wrong if so tell me

also so everyone knows im getting the car from $15,990 down to $14,000 with 12 months rego and they said it was a m spec but im not 2 sure how to tell if its a m spec(not 2 sure if all imports do come with the free rego but im sure the dealers somehow add that to the price of the car when being sold)

ah yeah i remember reading ur post about this on a thread awhile ago. do you know most of the parts that were needed to be removed so far i know the intake manifold the exhaust manifold it needs to be remapped and i forgot what else my mechanic had told me but he said it was around 2 grand in parts and he would do it for 1500 but from what i remember in the thread where you had posted you said it only cost a few hundread for the parts , also did the car run rich and was there any down sides to it? if i dont end up buying the liner and making it non turby i think im going to buy a r31 or a vl and just drive that for the 2 yrs left but after driving turby i dont wana go back but i have no option

yeah i was looking at a r34 gt before but as the yrs go on skylines are getting more kms put on them and in worse condition i just hope i find the right one when i get off these damn ps. i know it is a waste of money to do the non turbo conversion then turbo it again but this liner is in very good condition and the engine sounds good aswell and only has 2 mods the boost controller and turbo timer. i mean if it only had them mods and no others that were removed prior to the car being sold into aus it must of had a good owner and theres proof thats visible to me that it was kept in good cond

not really so much on the p plater bit but i just love the skylines. uncle got me into them when he had his 32. i rang my mechanic up he said its going to cost 1.5 grand all up for the conversion with the labour and shit im just rethinking this but seeing as this skylines really in good condition and all skylines out there aint going to get better in the years to come im thinking about it...

since we know the people they are willing to drop the price down to $14000 with 12 months rego and its coming with 4 new tyres. my next step is to take a look at how much it will cost to make it non turbo for the 2 years. if its deep to change it ill just hold off but its going to be hard to hold off because driving it was just so good

Well iv been around the sau scene for awhile now and iv always had a place in my heart for the rb and skylines. long story short i went to a dealer today on parramatta road called cosmopolitan cars that one of our family friends recommended since he had bought a mitsu delica and had no problems and the car was in good conditions. anyways i got there today and saw this r33 series 2 mspec for $16 grand. the car sounds good and is very clean and the only things done to it is a boost controller and a turbo timer and some 18 inch advanti rims. the car is a genuie one with all the stickers still on it in the engine bay and they said to us that they only look for genuine cars and that they had the log book to prove the kms on it and so on. now the only problem i have with it at the moment is that its turbo and i cant drive it so im going to look into changing it to non turbo because its in good condition and id rather have the good condition turbo that i can turn into non turbo rather then the non turbo that i have to sell to buy the turbo. i am quite new to the skyline world but i have been looking around on the forums and reading alot about skylines. id appreciate it if people would just give me some info they might have based on what iv said and im also after anyones opinion on the car dealership if they are good , shonky etc. also i will be getting the car pre inspected upon purchase with a comp test done also Thanks Costa

spotted a grey r32 on new line road today in the morning and also spotted a r33 blueish with the bodykit blueish and purplish and a hottie driving it

spotted a silver r35 gtr today in the morning on marsden road with a greddy sticker on the side and also spotted a xy gt phase 3 near dural

i used to have a pistol one years ago good fun they are i always wanted a sniper one to get the people in the back lane of the unit block i lived in lolll

car was inspected today by our mechanic and also MTA everything came back good as it should for a 2008 model with 40,000kms only problem is that some polish got in the rear badge and stuffed it and they are waiting for a new one to arrive. was a very good deal we got for the car , its a toyota aurion pressara top of the range and they go for about 34 to 42ish second hand and we picked it up for 34 at the toyota dealer ship and the bonus was that there accounts manager had the car so it was all log booked and serviced at toyota

Recently the family car got written off and we have been looking for a car and came across. We rang nrma and they said they dont do car inspections anymore. Iv googled "car inspections sydney" and a bunch of them have come up but im not sure what ones are good so i was wondering if anyone here knows any that are reputable for good inspections and reports etc etc.
