  1. Kit came with the car, pretty sure 350mm. Want to fit them under my 17 inch te37's & gtr wheels, all my wheels are 17x9 in various offsets What ever one came up on ebay as brembo brake vinyl high temp.
  2. I've used that vinyl on my car with no issues so far. Painted caliper with high temp paint, applied vinyl then sprayed with high temp clear. Over 18months not fading or discolouring. Yeah those brakes will be big enough for the car, some quality pads, fluid and ducting should be able to run full session issues too. I think my evo setup may be overkill for me.
  3. Almost a full resto, good yout getting little bits done so its more reliable. When is the next trip out to the drags?
  4. Check all intercooler pipes for leaks Check all Vac lines for leaks Use consult to check error codes Clean and adjust IACV Once done all that if not fixed find a quality mechanic that knows the platform Other wise its just this:
  5. Essentially everything is non neo so no need for Neo loom then. Change plugs required on r32 loom which is easy. Anything additional can br wired and program changes in the link ecu and be fine. I started with a link plugin and factory loom in my sil80 before going an xtreme and custom loom.
  6. Does it happen once the car warms up? Check that there is a ground strap from the block to chassis and the condition of the coil loom is good with no resistance issues. If can get ecu try that but will be something else.
  7. the GTX 3076 will easily make over 320Kw on ethanol no need for cams as will only shift powerband up higher. My old gt3076 does 300kw on 16psi. I am guessing you want more power? Ditching the freddy plenum and 90mm throttle body will improve the torque & response everywhere.
  8. do you have the apexi FC already........
  9. Before getting another ecu. Has a comp test or leak down test been done? Is it using coolant? Have you connected consult and looked for any error codes or weird trigger readings? Shouldn't be too hard finding an ECU, look around on facenovel or scumtree sales pages
  10. Ignition idle control gives the best ghost cams 😂
  11. Got to find that niche job to get you where you want to be. Good effort still being in, only a short time to go. Finding a good one is hard. No, interesting who is still using the forums. That sounds like a great retirement.
  12. Both r34 ecu connectors are the same. Easiest way is to just have both looms out laid out, both wiring diagrams and remove what is not needed on r34 loom then get new plugs and wire up whats required to r32 body plugs so its complete plugin. If using the standard r34 ecu. Are you wanting to run the Neo on a non-Neo ecu? Injectors, coils, IACV and CAS are all wired different.
  13. https://www.kelfordcams.com/index.php/nz/camshafts/nissan/rb20-25de-det Better off with a set of more modern cams from Kelford. Email them about your needs and they will recommend most suitable cam profile. I have a set of poncams, they dropped in and did valve springs too. Only because that was al that available in 2009...... More lift is what you want
  14. What are you trying to achieve using it? Are you putting the Rb Neo into a r32/33?
  15. Yeah better than the matching number vin, engine and screws crowd . I'm 37 feel much older when I have to deal with under 30 crowd 😂😅 Think may have to move part of this discussion to Wasteland so @Duncan get on with his build thread.
  16. Unhip 🤣 Would actually like to know the age group of the usual suspects here? Thinking I may be hanging out in the retirement village..............
  17. 😂 Aren't you a boomer...........
  18. No App. Get in front of a PC for the nostalgia. Now we don't want to go back to far in the stone ages...... Windows 95 or 98 maybe......
  19. Clean MAFs, Check O2 sensors are good, Check knock sensors are good. They are quiet conservative on timing and factory knock maps (low Octane) are good. Highway I get 8.8-9.2L/100km in my 370z so must be an issue somewhere. Tuning anything VQ based is expensive due to Uprev licence costs & tuners knowing how to use it. HPtuners can now do a small amount of stuff but not worth the time compared to Uprev
  20. Be easy if you have a drill press to set it up in, Jonny @Dose Pipe Sutututudid his on car pretty sure https://www.facebook.com/traklifeofficial/photos/a.604327549596378/1296382767057516/?_rdr
  21. thats a good castor bracket, a vice and a few pairs of vice grips with a hammer is what i generally use to straighten the bent parts. The plate adds so much strength to them part remember it will bend the next weakest part its bolted to.
  22. Just take your time and have lubricant on hand. I am sure a member did a write a while ago now.......
  23. Poor mans seam/spot welding........ Seen it on a lot of drift cars in early 2000's
  24. go genuine and get new washer rubbers for the bolts too from Taarks or kudos
