Got the Tail shaft sorted anyone got a manual cross member ? I am gettin a r34 box but in my 4 door r33 so not sure if a standard one will work any ideas guys ?

I need a Manual tail shaft at least the front half or complete. I have found one in melborne but the local freight company wants $100 to deliver it so .... Also need a manual cross member. I needs this so i can get my manual conversion done Thanks ahead. I would rather not use a wrecker if possible.

I was with Just cars . But i didn't like the fact that if someone broke into my car or stole it i would have to pay the first $1700 . Hbf is only $400 what more can i say. I have a 60% no claim so only 1g a year for me Never claimed anything yet though.

If you didn't have a policy with them and tried gettin one then no good I used to be insured with them bout a year ago and sold my old r33 and then only just bought another one bout 4 months ago and was told they don't do them anymore. They got bought out by sgio. my broker told me that they will not insure any imports at the moment . hbf will though and are quite cheap. downside no boost controller or no aftermarket ecu

If you want to buy a auto it will cost u around the 3g mark. But then agian if you have the car the way u want it why the hell no my thoughts anyway.

For a Manual u will have to expect to pay bout 20k Its just the way they are. Depends on the condition they is a lot of crap out there. Auto u should get one for bout 16 and above. If u import one yourself u may get it cheaper but i bout mine from a yard. I bought an auto and i'm gettting it converted to manual.

do you have the front half of the tail shaft that connects to the manual box ? -
We just had a hot day the other day 36 degrees at 4 pm and while drivin home i found that my oil pressure sat just off the 0 which is really freakin me out. So i changed the oil in the car. Put mobil 1 in it and and changed to a nissan ginuine filter now at idle it sits on the mark above the 0 so i gather 2. Its still concernin me. Any ideas. Not sure what oil was in it as i haven't changed the oil since i bought it. from a dealer.

Cool waitin on reply now Will a R32 gtr box fit in a R33 sedan. even though i don't have 4 wheel drive ? I can get a complete kit from N/Z the downside is the effort of getting it here .

Hi Just wondering if anyone was thinkin of getting a halfcut in, in the near future. As I would like to do a manual conversion and therefore need a gearbox and a few other things. So if anyone needs a new engine then maybe we can work something out. Otherwise can someone point me in the right direction for getting a gearbox ? For a r33 Thanks Like who is the trusted peoples for halfcuts or gearboxs ie wrecker.
