  3. I had the same problem and after spending a few hundred dollars on fan kits i was getting pissed off - found that it was pumping hot air back thru the un-shrouded core, you could feel it coming thru - fitted the shroud over the 16" and its all good now
  4. 290kw At the flywheel Made 195rwkw with a 5 speed - then made 148rwkw with auto box with no other mods - therefore its taking 47kw to drive the auto. Dyno sheets confirm. After tuning it made a 53rwkw gain, so using Powerun's script here http://www.dyno-power-run.com/dynocalc.shtml it works out to be 288kw at the flywheel. Disagree with the calculations... take it up with Dynorun
  5. Car is back on the market - now has a Walbro 500hp fuel pump in tank, LinkPLUS engine management and tuned to 290kw on 13 psi. Negotiable on $7000 - comes with a bounty of parts & spares
  6. Just got my R31 back from the dyno after tuning - modes so far are... RB25DET Shift kitted & manualised RE4R01 Saber FMIC Custom 3" exhaust from turbo to tailpipe with 4" steel cat No name pod filter - AFM removed LinkPLUS 98RON 200.1kw at the tyres - 10psi of boost bigger injectors and GT3071 coming shortly

Has only travelled 5000km since engine swap. Massive misfire between 4-5000rpm that felt like early revlimiter - completely fixed with silicone - chose Ultrablack rated to 260 deg - stuck the coils directly onto the alloy frame and left the two retaining bolts out to ensure no path to earth except through the plug. Let it dry for 2 days before refit... problem solved
