Hi everyone, Is anyone able to help me out with the exact points or wires to connect my alarm locking wires to the factory central locking?? Stagea M35.. Autowatch alarm install. The alarm install is no issue, have just upgraded to M35 from a lifetime of Silvia/R33/R34's and do have experience in installs, just need help with the central locking hook up. Thanks very much.

Legend, thanks mate. It wasn't working for two drives this morning, came home, re soldered those 3 points and it's working. Hopefully will stay that way Thanks again.

I'm hoping to get some suggestions on fixing a fault with my R34 turbo factory boost gauge in the dash cluster. It works intermittently, I see no pattern, it doesn't start working while driving if it didn't at start up, it either comes on and works or doesn't and may come on after a drive, after car is restarted. Any advice appreciated.

You could start by removing the door panel and checking the door rod connections on the slave motor....if it has one installed as not sure what car you have.

It's probably also the fact there are just not many silvia's, 180sx etc around in Japan anymore. I think alot of the cars are harder to find now which is partly contributed to the natural disaster in Japan early 2011, along with the tragic loss of life, thousands of cars were destroyed as well.

Nice one, I just googled it and looks good. May have to go down this road as hook up to stock stereo appears nearly as much as what you paid for new stereo. Cheers.

Have you got/had an after market alarm? If slave motors have been added to your doors this could be your problem if they have seized up or have a fault. If you have them and don't use keyless entry anymore you may be able to disconnect.

Yeah I know, I hear what you're saying. I just sold my V35 that I'd put a bit of work/money into (had to downgrade in cost). Got a stock standard R34 and don't want to put any extra dollars into it. I don't want a fm modulator, can you explain the other option/s? Thanks.

Can anyone please help me out with what I need to get/or do to connect an ipod to the stock R34 stereo? I'm assuming it can be done and if so, where I can get what I need. It's not the xanavi model, its the standard radio/tape/cd double DIN. Thanks.

You need to change the settings on the tv tuner, I cant recall exactly but press the tuner button and flick through while your ipod is playing music, if its hooked up and has worked before I'm sure this is all you need to do. Its just switching it from tv to AV.

It's a 98 model anyway but I'm sure I tested all diodes and couldn't activate drivers door. Factory remote works all doors though. Was I right with what I asked in my last post Chris? Thanks.

Thanks Chris, do the drivers door diodes lock/unlock with test light also? Does this mean I will have 4 wires coming out of the unit to the alarm? Much appreciated.

Im hoping someone can help, I'm hooking up the alarm to the central locking on 4 door R34, is it different to the 2 door? I have split the white box and found the points that lock/unlock all doors except the drivers door. I have done 2 doors like this before no problem. Any advice appreciated.
