hey mate are these adjustable height?

sounds like youve collapsed the column shaft, the steering column is a telescopic shaft which is made to colappse in the event of an accident. when you hit the shaft up towards the firewall to release it, it mustve broken the tiny plastic dowells inside the column which keep the column the desired length. you can pull the shaft out to get the length back but inside the column the factory dowells are broken and cannot be repaired, as they are the size of a matchstick thickness and designed to break on impact so you dont end up with a steering column through your chest if ya hit something hard enuff get my drift? basically the column is a saftey component that shouldnt be hit with a hammer! if you need room release the column from inside of car as its bolted to firewall and under dash beam. to get it back in well really the column is stuffed, but if you can manage to pull the shaft out long enough to the correct length and bolt it securely to the steering rack and manage to get the bolt in you should be ok as it wont fall apart if its back to where it should be and bolted. good luck mate .. my 2c

have managed to find a lh side skirt am still after a rh side....... surely someone must have one lying around off a wreck or something?

hey all am chasing a pair of 34 gtr lower side skirts. this is the part that is directly under the doors which fits flush from the bottom of the front fender to the bottom of the rear guards. i am not after any additional lower spoiler that attaches to the factory side skirt panel. these panels im after are the same on early to late model vspec and vspec ii . any help locating much appreciated thanx neil 0409446951

far out thanx guys didnt expect so much help on this, have a feeling its a coilpack or a few on thyre way out. all cooler piping is spot on not blown off or leaking as it is managing to get about 3psi but no more... come to think of it you could call it a severe missfire on more than one cylinder coz thats really what it sounds like while trying to gain boost. as far as the fc goes yes it has a hand controller, no i dont play with it as i know absolutly nothing about it and doesent interest me in the slightest (is actually hidden away under the dash away from curious people) but yea will try and get sum readings off it an let u gurus know , a couple of times the engine light flashed on and off briefly while revving it but didnt stay on, will try a few things and keep you guys posted. thanx heaps!!

hey all this has me stumped, my 34 gtt idles revs doesent miss at all but...as soon you push it on boost it hesitates violently, struggles to make boost and spits out a shi@@load of unburnt fuel black as you know what, i would say it flatspots badlywith absolutley no power on boost. car is running a power fc which i know nothing about, whether its set right or not i would not know.has anyone had this problem b4? any help greatly apprieciated thanx neil

sounds like definitly a coil pack 2 to is on thyre way out. if you washed the engine bay down recently that could be it too ive had this prob before getting moisture in the coil packs and therefore missing try blowing the coilpacks out with compressed air b4 throwing more money around

hey all looking for 34 gtr style widebody rear guards and front guards, is there any aftermarket fibreglass stuff available? been looking around cant seem to find much atm. have seen a widebody gtr style kit on a few cars but where can you get it from ? any heilp much apprieciated neil
