Gday, Having a few dramas with the skyline atm, fixing wires and stuff but today i found an unplugged box sitting on the rear parcel shelf of the skyline. Its a little grey box that sits on the drivers side of the parcel shelf, adjacent to the right speaker. Does anyone know what this box is for??????? should i have left it unplugged? i was thinking it might be hicas related???? paul

nah, the 15 year old stuff coming in will appeal more to the younger crowd, my second choice was the r32 gtr, these can be bought for $15000 from risbey. Even the hilux surfs have taken a dive, i saw one last week, new shape, landed for $7000, these used to sell for $30000 paul

Dont know but, i sold my R33 gtst manuel 74,000km's stock for $15,800! Im never getting a import again, their resale value is friggen shit! Yep, the imports arent worth much when you go to sell them, that is why in real terms the price of $22000 is too high for a 1993 skyline turbo. My dad and i have dealt with many imports before....but my mate dropped out of the business so i have to get a local one or trust risbey.....eeeeee His dads last 2 imports, hes had a few nostagic ones, a 85 supra turbo, a nissan gloria (taxi)....the list goes on we imported a 300zx na, auto, with 40000km, bought for $23000 sold $15000, this was 3 years ago we sold this, it was a 1990 model. 1988, na, auto silvia, bought it 7 years ago for $13000 with 60000km on the clock, sold it 4 years ago for $7000, when they were worth something. paul

haggle down $3000, people get so offended when you offer them $16000 for a car they are asking $19500 for. I know ive had 10 cars and im only 22, so i bought a few.......never crashed one though......... paul

I sold my 93 R33 for $16,500 and it was in good condition. had 120,000kms but i never had a problem with it. engine was fine. Good example mr snrub!, this is what im after, i looked in the quokka today (perth), and all 1993 skylines were $18500 + paul

how can you truely tell engine condition without cracking the rocker cover, id say that km may be a better indicator, anyone can do miracles with a paint brush and a $2 can of super cheap degreaser. paul
