there is major differences between the 2 exhaust as mentioned above. one is mild one is stainless. one does indeed look pretty but the fact that mild steel keeps heat inside the exhaust ensures a better power result due to higher velocity. i believe both are 3.5" exhaust so at the end of the day...for a BPU skyline your not gonna know the diff. on the other hand if you start getting aftermarket turbocharges with stroker kits. id proberly stick with the hks. do not mix the hks hi power with the hks silent hi power. completely diff exhaust and sound completely diff aswell. one was built to maximize power and one was built to be legal

the issue i find with places like SSV is that most of their cars are kept outside pron to weather. i can only imagine what sort of paint damage occurs with a car that sits outside for months and months
