    Yeah it shouldn't be a problem coming to Sydney, I work at the airport anyway. Where abouts in Sydney are you? I'm not in any immediate hurry to have it fixed, it still drives great (appart from the random growl over 4k revs), I'm just wanting to know some prices for the time being so I can get some cash together. The stagea is not my daily so it can be off the road for little while. Thanks for your help

    Anyone know of someone, workshop or owner, who has removed a turbo from an m35 in the Wollongong area?? Mines on the way out. I'm doing house renos too so I'd love for someone to do the whole process for me.

    My old exhaust looks like a pretty standard exhaust, except maybe for a large muffler that sits just forward of the rear muffler??? It weighs a ton too! Does yours have this? I'll try get some pics of the new system when i get a chance and post em up.

    Do you know wich car it was on?? Ive just recently got a full system on from West, (which i think is the same dump). Heaps more responsive. 3" pipe, metal cat and twin tip muffler. Cat sits a little bit lower than oem exhaust so i gotta watch those speed humps. Heaps happy with the guys work, it looks mad and has a real nice note. The missus hasnt complained about the noise yet so it cant be to bad!!

    which rear bearing is it? a driveshaft bearing or a tailshaft bearing? how did you go abouts checking it to make sure thats what it was? cheers mate.

    Sorry mate been busy.... Yeah sometimes! On ocassion it seems to hold back for a second then climb again but others its sweet. It has me stumped. Will have to have a look at the rear bearing as well. When you initally checked the turbo when it first started happening, was there any signs of shaft play?

    Did this noise occur every time you took it in the 3-4k rev range or did it only happen on occasion?? It just seems weird with mine because sometimes it boosts nicely all the way through and other times it doesnt Do you think it could be something in the gear box or possiblly a worn yoke in the tailshaft vibrating???

    Hey, i know its been a while since this was talked about, but, did anyone fix this strange noise without changing the turbo??? My rx is doing the same thing. I thought it was an exhaust leak but now ive changed the exhaust and noise still persists!! I find that accelerating up up hills is when it happens most.

    I recently replaced my 6 stack in dash cd player from my 25ot rs four with a dvd/sat nav eclipse unit from frankies auto electrics. Speak to Chris Rogers about the double din fascia and new a/c control buttons. Fits and looks sweet.

    I was told my m35 250t rs four was a 2001 model but the plate in the engine bay doesnt display this!! mine is a 12 2000 model.

    I know its been a while since this topic was talked about, but i was wanting to know if the front and rear sway bars are still available for the m35 stagea? I tried to pm sydneykid but his inbox is full If so, would they be group buy price or recomended retail price???

    Hey guys, first post, not even sure if i'm doing this right!!! Anyway, just recently bought an m35 250t rx four in white pearl. So far im loving it. Just a question to see if anyone knows where the headlights and/or driving lights fuses are located? My driving lights were working when i picked the car up but now theyre not. Thought id start with the fuses.
