Hey guys my name is Jess, im 21 and from adelaide. Some of you may know me from NS, but i dont remember the last time i posted on there lol. Just mainly joined to look for parts and ive got alot of friends on here. I dont own a skyline but im half way there, i have a rb20 sil80 as a daily, and a rb25/30 s13 drift car. Ive had it since i was 15 but its only been in the past 5-6 months its been built into a track car, ive gone halfs in building it with a good friend of mine which has been awesome fun so far. Still in early days of its build because of some huge setbacks, but its coming along really well and i cant wait to slide it. 2010 it'll be head down bum up to get it running. My sil80 is currently on double defect which is pretty disapointing, but the plus side is now ive now got a fully engineered rb20 and wide guards, i can see the light at the end of the tunnel now at least lol. I work on my own cars which has been a massive learning curve, but im loving it. I recently learnt how to fibreglass broken guards, and prep and paint, i did the wide guards on my sil80 and was so stoaked with it, ive taken the step to do all the body work on the s13. Im learning more mechanical work everyday aswell. I really enjoy being able to work on my own cars, its a great sence of achievement.
Little bit about me, im a beauty therapist and a makeup artist and live up in the hills. Work really bloody hard to pay for both my cars but id never have it any other way. Grown up with cars, my dad always had rotors, but it was my unkle that got me hooked on racing, i went in my first race car when i was about 10, and i remember going so fast around corners i was loosing my breath, ive never forgotten that feeling and ever since then always wanted to do it. So now i am.
