Yeah I have the same mods but no heat exchange too. Had my local exhaust guy fix the the awful sound it makes when you put on downpipes or High Flow Cats. I'm looking at a tune too but I'm thinking getting a LSD first. I got some Michelin pilot Sport 4s but that was a long time ago and need a new set soon. Tyres, Tune, Heat exchange and LSD. Money money money 💰 💰 💰

I've been sent a new main board to replace the suspected broken one. I haven't taken the screen out to look but I'm I'm assuming it's all plug and play.

they never use to charge extra for mods. just rembering when i had my V35 i had heaps of mods and i don't rember them charging extra. You just had to list them incase you had an accident and needed them replaced. They have been bought out a few years ago i think by a new greedy company.

nah no problems with bearings or hubs. just the water pump leak and my AC death

didn't need the passcode. just needed to put it on a USB. Yeah swaping them out is not big problem. I've been able to get AliExpress agent to contact the seller and get them to help me fix the problem. They have sent me a factory setting reset file to put on a usb and try that, but the file is .zip with password protect and they haven't give me the password 😒 It sucks i might have to go through AliExpress compliants again just to get them to reply 😵

Just a heads up. Mine has just failed. When i turn the car on it just reboots everytime then the word "Android" shows up then goes to a black screen. I've aksed the company i got it from for some help but it's passed their 90 day return so they wont help. I have to swap back to my old system this weekend 😭

I had my car model wrong on my Shannons insurance when i had my V36. didn't make a difference when i claimed a windscreen. Nightcrawler is a negative nancey 🤪

I like mine. Much better than stock. Like i said before the reverse/parking cameras look even worse than normal, still useable. When you buy one make sure it's the latest version. Heaps of cheap ones that run the old hardware and software. Got mine from AliExpress. Mine is quick no lag, boots up 1-2 sec. Menu is fast. Netflix is fine and so is YouTube. Android Auto is random taking 3sec to 15sec. Most of the time it's quick. Very rare it doesn't connect. But that could be a phone thing. Now I think they use a Pixel 3XL to run this whole thing which i guess is fine, but the problem is that some apps will not work on old hardware like Disney Plus Maybe Prime Video too 🤔. they will not update. Iv'e tried getting the APK Disney + but i still couldn't get it working. I have a Data sim installed so i have internet all the time. You can't Hotspot off your phone and connect Android Auto at the same time. Not that you need too, if you want you can hotspot off your phone and run any internet map app (google maps) and you can run the Spotify app on it's own (the app runs better than android auto) You can still access the INFINITI intouch system for all the o.g stuff P.S i got new non Polarization Sunglasses too 😎

careful when running the car after a boil over. Ive heard you can lose enough coolant that it won't show the right temps because of too much air in the system (or something like that). Make sure the levels are good before trying again. Maybe a mobile mechanic can come have a look with their scan tool ?

I have the same one. Mine didn't work right at the start. I had the wrong plug in the wrong spot. They asked for pictures and videos to be able to fix it. they where able to point it out in the video

that is a strange one. is the window motor winding them down or they fall down on their own? Is it just a short drop or a long drop in the windows?

The water pump is know to leak as well. So if the coolant is low checking that first as well as hoses.

A locally delivered Infiniti have remote start installed but don't come with the remote start key. You need a new remote start key and they just need it programed. And this is different to making/programing a new key that just starts the car.

Getting the remote start is a pain. My local Nissan can do it but it's not allowed to do it. Something about remote start rules regulations in Aus. The Nissan one doesn't tick all the boxes. I think the only way is having a friend that works at a Nissan service centre to do it for on the sly. But that's impossible because people who work at our local Nissan service don't make friends because they are always screwing everyone over

Total miss. Just had to take back the water pump. Wrong part, it was for the older V series. Typical Nissan service/dealership 🙄

By way of parts My local Nissan had a new water pump i needed👍. But i just had to buy and new AC compressor from the US 👎. Hit and miss with parts

Nice! Love to hear the new exhaust. Remember to run the car without the exhaust for shits and giggles I got my car booked into a local exhaust shop to see if they can help with the raspy exhaust note at around 3k rpm when under heavy load for mine. I have a HKS system but also some High Flow Cats.

what do you mean dead platform? People buy older, out dated and less power cars on "Dead platforms" for over $65k all the time.
