  1. Yeah its in Osborne Park, just nest to the Main st/Hutton st lights. And yes, they do kick ass work and have awesome equipment.
  2. Thanks, I'll check that out. Currently the suspension is stock but I'll be getting coilovers soon and will be rolling the guards before fitment. These are the only mods I will do to it that will effect the wheels.
  3. I have an R34 GT-T and will be getting some wheels in from Japan in a week or so. I have been told 18x8.5 +30 up the front and 18x9.5 +38 up the back fits pretty well but I am chasing the pretty much maximum wheel widths I can fit on the R34 with rolled guards that won't cause me any hassle. The size of the wheels will also determine the tyre size(s) I will run. I either want to run... 235/40R18's all the way around (these on 9.5's should look nice) 225/40R18's at the front and 255/35R18's at the back (slightly lower profile and almost exactly the same rolling circumference as I currently run) 235/40R18's at the front and 265/35R18's at the back (will fit a nice wide set of wheels and will cost my less in tyres) I also want a nice wide set of wheels as the wheels I am ordering have a bit of dish so the wider the wheel, the greater the dish. I also want to give my car a nice tough stance so a good offset is paramount. So what sizes can I run on the R34? If I'm going to spend some decent money on these I want the perfect set of wheels.
  4. I quite like the "Ace Clutch" (not sure who makes it) but it has a nice feel to it (IMO) and can handle some decent power. You can also happily park the car without needing to get a little right foot happy.
  5. Look out for Scott, god help you if he doesn't see you in his way!
  6. Love your work ecentrix!
  7. Love the meet point Scott, Currambine BP FTW! As a stupid Commonwhore driver smashed up my once pretty Nismo front bar last week I'll be a passenger so if anyone has a decent digital still/video camera I will be more then happy to play cameraman for the night!
  8. I'll be there!... riding shotgun... with no heater.... BRRRRR!!!!
  9. Yep just a regular automatic gearbox, 5 speed tiptronic. If you are thinking about getting one I suggest investing a small amount of money in an aftermarket transmission cooler also.
  10. So C110's, C220's, V35's and Stageas aren't welcome? Thats a bit harsh! And R30's and R31's don't count as "R3X"s anymore? Limiting your definition of "Skylines" much?
  11. Yeah, I'll be there for a NOR meet!
  12. Westside Car Audio in Osborne Park. Not the cheapest around but they do good work. What are you going to remember in a years time anyway? A poor quality install or a cheap price you paid 12 months ago?
  13. Since you're in NSW you could chat to the guys at Croyden Racing Developments. They deal with Racing Hart, Work and Volk/Rays Engineering (Volk and Rays Engineering are the same company, they also make the "Nismo" branded wheels). These guys are also an SAU trader. http://www.croydonracingdevelopments.com/ You could also contact Wheelworx in South Australia, these guys deal with a large range of wheels. (May be a little more expensive then CRD) http://wheelworx.com.au/ You can also buy Work Wheels from the people themselves located I believe in New Zealand. http://www.work-wheels.com.au/ And as -Jimmy- suggested email Jesse Streeter. He will return your enquiry quickly and can get you anything out of Japan! http://www.jessestreeter.com/ Hope that helps mate!
  14. Hmmm... should be there!
  15. Work and Volk both do 18's for a 4/114.3 stud pattern. Why look further?
  16. Well one night I did! Was coming back from my mates place one night (was on my P's) in my Lexus (not even a hoon/import car!) and this Commodore thinks he was all that. Kept speeding up, tailgating me all that sh*t. Had my mate in the passenger seat with me. I just want them to leave so I go the speed limit, obey the road rules and decide to go into a residential area (I figure whos stupid enough to keep doing that shit around houses). They still follow and as I go to turn right the try and overtake me/hit my car/swerve me. So I say to my mate thats it! (After I gave him my phone and told him to call the police, yeah they were being really useful, he was on the phone for minutes. Well the day before I had played baseball and remembered my bag was still in the boot. So I pulled over and they slowed down. I got out and then went to my open boot. They got the f*ck out of there before they even saw what I got out! I guess some people can't live with the fact that other peoples stuff is cooler/nicer then theirs.
  17. Tim Slacko's West Racing on O'Malley street Osborne Park always does a good job.
  18. Action Alarms. They supplied and fitted my car alarm system and are also a SAUWA consolidated workshop. You can get in touch with them on 1300 138 524.
  19. Mechanical knowledge as in some sort of certification? Can you fit tyres?
  20. Had to get some wiring done in my brake lights anyway and went to Autospark in Osborne Park. Nice guys and they helped me out and did me a reasonable price. Got him to look at hooking up the taillights and said it COULD be done but it would be quite costly (I believe having the indicator in the light is a bit of a problem). SO spending more then a few hundred on my taillights just doesn't seem worth it when my car needs so much more.
  21. Yeah, mine only come on when I put my head/parklights on.
  22. I'm chasing a decent Auto Electrician, I want to get my taillights on my R34 hooked up so that all four lights get brighter when depressed instead of just the outer two. Anybody you would trust your car with that doesn't break the budget? (Preferably in or around Osborne Park as that is where I work)
  23. I don't have any in stock but I can get them in for you. (I work at Tyrepower Osborne Park 9444 2233)
