  1. Didn't read the whole thing but to the guy who started the thread, pretty sure 18" Drift-teks do not come in black, Koya only supply the black wheels up to 17" size, so if you want black 18's budget a bit more money for aftermarket painting. Oh and I believe the Skyline gods would say that 235's on a 9.5" wide rim is perfectly acceptable, looks good and is not overly stretched (in fact tyre manufacturers say it will fit comfortably).
  2. Ewoks Battle For Endor. Rent it, rent it NOW!!!
  3. I'm sure myself, reaper83 and probably Stealthed would be down for that. Joondalup FTW!
  4. Dunno where you are located however... Western Australia - Chuck us a PM, I can get them in for you. South Australia - Wheelworx are your friends or if you are after something more internet based www.jessestreeter.com www.nengun.com Hope this helps.
  5. Not my cup of tea but the Mini Cooper Diesel... 3.9L/100km, thats pretty amazing. But go another import!
  6. Kein Alkohol (ist auch keine Lösung) by Die Toten Hosen
  7. Yeah, I should be there too. Might even wash my car for the ocassion!
  8. Carbon Fibre boot lid with no wing, looks the goods. And +1 for nisskid's post, who cares what other people like, its your car, you like it, do it!
  9. Tyre shop + $30. Half an hour and your most likely trouble free.
  10. I kid you not, can't be missing the hardcore match!
  11. For great quotes can't go past Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. "The entire British Empire was built on cups of tea and if you think I'm going to war without one, mate you're mistaken." "If the milk turns out to be sour, I ain't the kinda pussy to drink it. D'ya know what I mean?" And I think we can all agree on ths little gem "I f*cking hate traffic wardens."
  12. Welcome aboard! It may not be working perfectly but hey, it's still a Godzilla! Hope to see you on a few cruises later on. Be sure to check out the W.A sub-section.
  13. I totally agree. I watched about half the episode aswell, I still only know one presenters name (Morisson) simply because of his musical exploits (I will admit that guy drew a mean picture though!). Compare that to when Top Gear UK first brought in James May, they eased him into it and intriouced him to the audience to create a rapport. I still remember one of his first segments (if not his first) where he did a review on his own Bentley and the audience was able to see what he was all about. Top Gear Australia seems to not know exactly what it wants to do IMO.
  14. I totally forgot that this is on the same night as the wrestling. Ah well, hopefully there will be another cruise soon after!
  15. FARK! *Sniff* at least now he can buy a GT-R. If that happened to me I seriously think I would start to cry. That or start to bash whoever was driving the Pathfinder.
  16. You can still get them brand new through Nissan. Can't really remember the price but it was around $9,000 for a set!
  17. That looks the goods man. Would love to do that to mine in white or red, I reckon it'd look great.
  18. Should fit pretty flush with the guards. I think they are about as far as you can go before guard mods are required. When in doubt call JPC, they don't sell this stuff because they know nothing about Japanese cars
  19. I'm with JC and I have choice of repairer. Infact I just made a claim with my full comprehensive insurance. I need to get 2 quotes, one of which from a Just Cars repairer, the other from whoever I want. The work can be carried out by my choice of Panel Beater.
  20. Haha, I hear that! Was driving my parent's Subaru Liberty with Michelin's in the rain, no comparison to me Skyline with cheapo rubber!
  21. It's a bit cold and wet for me tonight, trying to nip this gay cold in the butt before it gets bad. Sorry guys, cruises for a cuase are always a good thing!
  22. WGMG... Stupid commonwhore drivers who go straight at a set of traffic lights in the rain whilst in the TURNING LANE to over take me. Then they get angry when I honk them and flip them off for almost running into my car. Then at the next set of lights getting looks from the person in the passenger seat, it's not my fault daddy is a stupid bogan who doesn't know who to f*cking drive!!!
  23. Where are you located? There are always a few sets rolling around out there, just talk to all your major Japanese parts dealers in your area.
  24. True that, my Ling Longs do not help the situation but if you drive carefully you can sompensate for it. But it's not the rain you must watch out for, it's the d*ckheads that don't secure their loads, thats right I'm off to a panel shop tomorrow!
  25. I paid towards the top end of the $400 range (about $470 I think). I went through Action Alarms (good people, also a SAUWA consolidated workshop), came out to my house the same day, fixed my central locking (wasn't working properly), installed an immobiliser aswell as a kick-ass alarm system with built in turbo timer. Give Action Alarms a call, I cannot reccomend them more. Or if you're around Osborne Park Westside Car Audio do a good job also and are very friendly.
