It depends exactly what you want your suspension to do.
TEIN Super Streets for a long lasting kit that is nice for street use, which will be very compliable over bumps and such things due to softer spring rates and less aggressively valved twin tube shocks.
BC ERs for a kit that is nicer on the track, more aggressive in spring rates and valving of the monotube shock absorbers. Also bump and rebound adjustability seperate rather than together with the TEINS.
I'm not sure where you live but TEIN Super Streets will be much easier to get over the pits/traffic here in WA than the BC's would be
