  1. Shouldn't be any dramas mate. 255/35R18s and you'll be laughing
  2. There is a dark green Nissan Stagea at work ATM. It's pretty farkin' green
  3. I have seen 18x9.5 +30 and similar on the front of an R33 GTS-T before...
  4. Ronal Teddybears FTW BTW fluoro yellow > fluoro green. But that's just personal preference.
  5. Also depends on whether the back of the wheel is flat or has indentations to allow for the excess from the factory wheel studs to go through. Otherwise the adapters will need to be 25-30mm long meaning the wheels would effectively become 18x10 +16! That is crazy to run on the front of a 2wd R33. The back could work but not the fronts IMO. You are talking GT-R wheel specs not GTS/GTS-T wheel specs. Buy + Sell = Profit
  6. That's why I reckon a good quality 225/50R16 (R1R, AD08 etc.) on the back of an R32 GTS-T would be fine for street use.
  7. That's a very tall tyre to run
  8. Without knowing what tyre size old mate with the WRX is running it will be hard to give any advice on tyres in a certain budget.
  9. Pfft! What isn't technically illegal with modifying a car, too low, too loud, blah blah blah. You will be fine, they are 16's nobody will be checking out the tyre sizes to see if they are staggered. Go for it mate.
  10. Was this "documentary" hosted by Ketzal Sterling?
  11. I hate you. You don't even drive a Nissan!

  12. Well I have entered my Mazda. Certainly won't be winning any money but should be fun.
  13. Looks around about 270awhp / 201awkw with the snorkel in place. Agreed, 320 is rather optimistic to say the least.
  14. OR! Run 205/55R16 on the front and 225/50R16 on the rear
  15. The new clutch certainly doen't hurt either
  16. Intune Performance will be holding an open dyno shootout evening on the 21st January 2012, from 5PM to Late. The later start time has been chosen to provide the best conditions possible, cooler evening air makes more power as we all know! A Sausage Sizzle and Cool Drinks will be available at the event. Prizes will be available for all classes that have more than 3 cars entered. Classes as follows: 4 cylinder best horsepower 6 cylinder best horsepower 8 cylinder best horsepower. I will also be offering a $500 cash prize for the highest HP vehicle that can make more than 1000hp at the wheels on the day and an extra $100 for every 100 horsepower at the wheels above that ie: 1087hp = $500 & 1350hp = $800. Prizes will include Turbosmart products, Hypertune products and Haltech products as well as ITP Race Cars and Team R35 Outlaws merchandise. Entry cost $45 per car for one dyno session which includes 2 runs with a 3 min break between runs if required to make changes. These class are totally open with no restrictions. Also if enough interest is generated and entry's are high we will increase prize money to suit. To enter call 08 9434 6608 or email – [email protected]
  17. Well we charge $132/hr ($120+ GST). Compared to the "stealerships" we are quite reasonably priced considering the types of cars we work on; places like the Audi Centre, Westpoint Star and Lexus of Perth all charge close to $200/hr from what I understand.
  18. THIS
  19. No worries brah! Well let me tell you...
  20. For work check out the Consolidated workshop thread, plenty of guys around familiar with R33s! 1) Coilovers - Drop the car lower and make it handle better. 2) Good wheels and tyres - These will fit nicer now you have done the suspension, get a set of nice fitting Jap wheels and some sticky rubber to help handling and stopping in the wet and dry. 3) Exhaust - 3" from the trubo back. This will make the car sound nicer and give it a few extre rwkw. 4) Front Mount Intercooler - They're bawss and look killer 5) Upgrade Brakes - New pads and slotted rotors will help you pull up nice and quick! After all that you will be broke and can then spend a few grand on adding a clutch and shifter!
  21. I'll come early next time, and get a 15 minute head start so I can have another plate of bacon
  22. Man, you crazy Mike. You CRAZ-AY!
