the fax went through yesterday evening after i saw another bad reply from the organiser. considering i personally asked ryan at last months members night for this day to definetly happin and i was the first one to post a reply on the actual thread majorly stressed now cause iv'e already made accomodation plans, got the friday off work and ive been over workin myself just to get the car finnished off. Even though it was driveable at the last deca, i still had lots of fiddly stuff to do, not to mention a bloody wheel alignment. Not happy

Ive sent test fax's to people and they got them fine, so the fourth time iv'e faxed my crap through is final ! youv'e got x3 applications from me ryan, x1 from david talbot who forgot to mention he was part of SAU x1 from karlos who is getting cam's or equiv on the day and mailed his SAU membership application on monday x1 from daniel garber who is also getting cam's on day, and applied for sau membership on monday. what a head ache. Vince your doing my entry again next time !

yeh 10% discount with any Club style membership card at all autobahn's as far as i know. As they don't do trade, which is bs, they will price overide stuff if you think something is overpriced. and i'm happy enough with my L2s for now

You can buy a cams license L2s on the day for about $95 i'm not sure on aasa details, if you look in Events Calander there are lots of questions and answers about AASA aswell. A fire extinguisher with metal bracket basic requirement is $35 from Autobahn, if you show your Sau Club membership card you will get 10% off all products in store (unless already discounted or on special). Don't forget to secure your fire extinguisher with bolts not screws. And while your at a car store buy some metal Valve caps, for your tyre valve's. which is also a requirement last time i checked. There are very few helmets on the day that can be borrowed, most are for people who want to jump in a car and go for a ride with somebody. You can buy RXT brand road bike helmets for a mere $130 brand new (i bought mine from Frankston Yamaha at this price), and there is another brand that do them for $99. There is a huge motorbike store/retailer in bayswater on dorset rd, which sell gear real cheap. try it on before you buy ! hope this helps. davo

unfortunetly society doesn't approve of hoon's and driving in a behaviour which is and could be regarded as fun by it's people. it's a very bad thing that easternats will not continue. but yeh if you have been or entered a event it's quite bad, people go in on friday for scruitineering, then once they have there entrant stickers or trophy's as some use it, they forget that when leaving sandown, they have to obey the road rules and showing off followed by sirens is always the case. ive entered once and left early without getting a canary, i consider myself lucky considering i had a police car drive past my house every week for 2 months afterwards. At the actual event i was on the road outside sandown underneath my bonet when a police car did a u turn for me and it was by luck some guy from the burnout comp went past with 2 popped tyres down the road so the police refocussed and picked him up. and the unmarked car on the gate already had a local pulled over, so i headed home cauciously. it seems like they are taking away our ability to enjoy driving and it will get harder to release the tention or practice, but probly the best thing we can all do is behave on the roads and keep it sideways on the track.

oh dude i forgot to ask about weather ? omg now i'm glad i didn't come. as my wipers haven't worked since my 180sx front wiring loom went in. i'll change my body loom and rectify the situation. (or run a small loom from the effected area, to the wiper motor). and no i have no intention on making mine a onevia, it was just when i dropped my motor in, and manual conversion i only 180sx wiring loom to make it all work, and only replaced enough to make it drive. send us a pic of the seats [email protected] and probly add me to your msn so i don't attempt to flood forum pages, i actually got a spaming message last time i tried posting, as it was too frequent. lmao. not enough power aye, send me your mods list and i'll give you some sugestions. iv'e only got 160kw with current tune, hopefully i can sort out the minor issues and put more then 12psi of boost in. catch

sounds like lots of fun yeh unfortunetly my car and everthing around me was preventing me from coming to winton and i'm not happy about it. I'll be making as many appearances as i can and counting down the days to Round 3 in sheparton! gtr seats, nice, i sold my seats last week and i'm forcing myself to buy something but i don't know what yet. how'd your clutch go the whole day ? smell much. by august i should have my car pc installed and im hoping to do some kms, but track only car so it's a bit hard to test my equipment and car out in the meantime. c how it all go's

so you went from a easy fit or mono torque to genuine, or graphite ? vince and i brang 5 onlookers last time.

you forgot to mention it can be bad on you head gaskets. oh and bearings, i heard that gtr off idle and saw countless people look at it, but couldn't bare myself to give the driver my 2 cents.

Well the last several pages where unexpected. I had a good night, i like the hoody's (thats why i bought 2, 1 for myself and one for my mate vince) and even got to talk to ryan about a possible deca day in August which has my ears pricked up and several others. thanks to Ash, Bec, Wayne, Ryan, Andrew for informing us how much fun tasmania can be and all others behind the scene's. davo

i didn't say it was ugly, infact i agree the ba is better looking then a au. but you missed my point. Not all newer model's are better in EVERY WAY shape and form. my opinions are based on personal experience's, likes and dislikes, and i'm still not going to start a argument on the net so stop trying to push my buttons.

no the only thing iv'e done to the car since getting home is brake the headlight........so don't slamm the bonnet if the bonnet stand is not clipped in !!!! omg not cool The turbo is a good/straight forward upgrade, i got a new one off ebay for my blue silvia for only $900 (when i was building my car) so you just have to be lucky i spose. It won't win HP hero's but it'l be more fun then stock. I'd come to winton if i hadn't spent the few last weekends working on my gazelle i have to replace the sump gasket on the s13, and get a new oil line fitted before i can attend......nevermind i sold my seats and haven't put my bloody pc in the car yet. "Your cage does not have to be cams approved to attend vic drift days I put a cams approved one in my car though as ive always driven under a cams license and if i ever want to attend a cams sanctioned event, it will comply " what she said. the non tournament style drift days, and deca don't require cam's approved equipment, maybe i'm getting ahead of myself though. arghh i still want to come, but no local friendly support, ahhh i'll be kicking myself if i don't come. i'll let u know re: deca, yeh we will need all the help we can get.

hey dan looks like your silvia is coming along ! you probly don't even remember me, or want to know but some of the things i found out re: moding S13's however, there are alot of cheap cage's available, but if you want cams approval you have to pay the $$$ ALSO one of the most important things i have to say about fitting a s15bb turbo, is make sure you fit a oil restrictor ! iv'e fitted a couple of these puppies to my s13's and i'm telling you to either get a custom oil feed line made for you from 1/8th hose, or fit a restrictor. And if you didn't buy your turbo with the alloy inlet and outlet adaptor pipes you need a adaptor kit and or t25 alloys bits depending on what you have. i'm only saying this as i was positive i had mine sorted but now i have to pull stuff apart again. don't want to see anybody else make the same mistake. 1 of the reasons i can't attend this meet, unfortunetly i'm not coming. oh and august deca looks like a pipe dream, i'm going to the SAU VIC general meeting on tuesday and i'll be pushing some buttons and or sacrificing my time to make it happin. p.s if you have any questions about your s13 feel free to ask me. i won't bite your head off and i'm a mechanic so i have first hand knowledge.

wow just thought i'd pop in and say was a good shoot and cruise.
