lol so who's hanging online waiting for results ? just me ? i hit my limiter in my ute yesterday then a damm big dog was confused as hell cause she thought my car growled lol

i was only bashing my limiter off the line this time ! so don't look at me to much, i have to get some heat into my tyres the first time i took my silvia out, i was quite enjoying bouncing it off the limiter around the track, i quite enjoyed it too, the only reason i don't do it now is cause iv'e spent too much on the engine

omg ive been wanting to take my car down the quater for shitz n giggles so this is the perfect day. i must say i wouldn't have noticed it if i wasn't showing my housemate what bonus being a paid member have ! (im positive we will attent the next meeting at bells hotel now) This day is aimed for street cars isn't it ? i would like to take my silvia, it's not registered because i don't need another rego to pay. won't be a problem will it ? yay i can test launch, but i think i'm going to need good tyres or even semi's awesome. if that person is a VIC SAU member i think the answer is yes. and i might even get a chance to talk to some wrx members apart from my brother

wow lot's of wd's ? now i'm very happy i learnt the layouts. i had to replace vince's drain pipe in the gunmetal grey M spec R32 the night before deca because it was more then a little leak on thursday night it wasn't a nice surprise at 9pm. yeh talk about smashed.

thank you to everybody who played a part in the organising and execution of this event. excellent layouts, and the roundabout sounded good, but after driving over all those loose stones, and seeing the poles excellent decision to ditch it. thumbs up ! pitty i was unable to drive in round 1, but hey there will always be another deca day. can't wait for vidz n results. as having a look at the layout's helped alot, not to mention driving my car more in the last month then i have in the last year. davo

interesting to read that slicks can be good in wet. but yeh i don't know how you guys get enough heat into them for a deca day. with the spread out driving format i'm not going to consider it. i hear that often. you basicly had no traction on the skidpan in a straight line. i found it quite interesting at the time, and you were complaining about tyres at the mexican joint. my mate Karlos (the blue VN guy) and i were sitting at the table near you

i didn't check out your new tyre's last time, but atleast you had grip unlike last aug. im only using what crappy tyres i have, and unfortunetly i have 2 sets of old hard rubber which i feel the need to abuse and wear down.....slowly... omg yeh i had a look at the skidpan layouts, and i like the inclusion of the roundabout in the mini wang ! looking forward to next weekend.

to rain or not to rain, the weather forecast for next weekend says rain so all you guy's with semi's have a back up plan ? i don't think slicks would be very good in the wet yay i found the event schedule, why didn't i look there first

yes but considering T517Z's are $1000 on ebay brand new, it's something to look at $ wise. iv'e owned stock GTR turbo's and won't voluntarily again.

i still have no idea which of my mates are even coming as yet, but i'll remind them they should help out, or possibly get a kick in the crotch. i plan to drive this time, hurting myself before deca is not a option.

damm i haven't seen a rb25 do a lifter or a valve spring seat. Does it still run smooth ? i.e not misfire or huge unusual lump in the engine cycle. oh and for the rb20 bashers, look at who won deca last time.

oh vommit can be nasty, i have never vommited at deca, but my friends have. also i can't believe people only come up for friday night. as of last trip my mates and i are not going home on sunday again, it was so much easier going home monday. yay 4 day weekend

sorry dude. i know where a blue s13 silvia is if your interested. ca18e/auto has hail damage but for $1100 could make it into something good, has hicas, sunroof, original mags, same colour as mine. hail damage has effected bonnet boot, top of doors. windscreen. but for track car, cheap cheap body. i almost bought it last week, just to put back on ebay and make a few hundred easy dollars.

lol yeh yeh i'm sure you have had your car printed and with your permission. my car aint pretty, and i don't care about how it looks, no shortage of dents in my car either. i'm thinking my next sticker for the car will just be a band aid i have nothing pleasant to say to the WRX club so i would rather say nothing. moving on.

oh i have been meaning to ask, the Wrx club have used a photo of my car from august deca last year in their monthly magazine, advertising deca, ummmmmmm nobody asked me for permission, was there a waver in the text/deca application that i'm mising? they also deleted my membership from the site, pack of assholes if you ask me, and yes i do realise a reltionship exists between the clubs. interesting to read the skylines catagory in results from their magazine. should i be happy or sad, i'm still in shock to be honest. apparently there was a good photo of me. what did you do ? my mates and i stayed sunday night too, and ahem piled 6 people into a 2 bedroom room. so glad i brang a sleeping bag and matress dammage ???? not cool

i think you hit nail on the head. A R32 GTST japan import would be classified as a sports car, where as a VL commodore is not known for it's handling and cornering ability, and comes under no special classification at all, it's a commondore sedan that just happins to have a long stroke RB under the bonnet i hate to use this common forrum acronym but VL FTW

So you guys will be cruisin and filming ? and doing interviews. i for one like cars alot i can't stop buying them i can come but i won't be able to drive, my car is not driven on road, what are the locations ? i can trailer my car and i'm quite happy to talk about it. there isn't much i haven't changed on it, or had off to be modifed re-worked. i'll send a email i spose. dave
