  1. hahaha I can't take a photo of my own back easily plus I'd say it's a little disappointing at the moment given my lack of specific training in fears I'll piss my SIJ off again but I'll get something for my build thread anyway now that you've said something
  2. Most pod filters make heaps of induction noise. I'd say the only real difference between filters' noise would be foam vs paper pods. Either get a cold air box to surround the pod (muffle a lot of the noise) or go back to standard air box. Either of these options will shut it up and also give you slightly more power/efficiency.
  3. Done cutting, just maintaining now. I won't give advice coz I'm wrong hahaha. 1800cal sounds a little bit low though I'd think, but honestly I have no idea coz I didn't bother counting cals until I was done cutting
  4. ok so I think we're both correct though I was wrong in my thinking lol. Apparently: 1 kcal = 1 Calorie = 1000 calories Difference is the upper-case C. Dumbest shit ever. Whatever lol
  5. 1kcal = 1000cal Yeah cutting back protein is easy - just stop shoveling steak down my throat.
  6. I meant that cals in cals out is how it works, but what makes up those cals - or as the debate is - what makes up the carbs/protein will make a difference. My way lost me 4kg in 1.5 months, so yeah again even if it's 'wrong' - it worked for me so I'll stick with it if only coz it's effortless now. I type this with one hand while eating a banana and cinnamon muffin....coz I need moar carbs it would seem
  7. While it IS as simple as 'cals in vs cals out' it's also much more complicated than that. Can't go through the day making your calories up with tablespoons of sugar, butter, and whey protein can we? Don't think it would work the greatest. It was this part that lost me: Here is a before and after of 1.5 months following my apparently terrible unbalanced diet of brown rice or steamed veggies w/ chicken mince, egg whites and bacon, and occasional steak or protein shake. If I'm doing it wrong, then wrong works for me. For the record, I continued to gain strength during this period, just slower than beforehand. Forgive the shit photos, they don't quite do anything at all justice.
  8. good thing I never buy clothes anyway! hahaha
  9. You've been following IIFYM a little too literally I think...Thanks for the advice, but I'll stick with what I have been doing and am now doing, even if I AM doing it wrong.
  10. God damn it, I need to buy new work pants and a new belt. They don't fit me anymore. Too bloody loose hahahaha
  11. Sounds good, doing very well! Hopefully you can easily sort out the test level issue with your doc, but otherwise keep smashing it
  12. Something like what Zeb had suggested a while back - new Euro 250 or 300 2-stroke, road registered. Maybe a 400 4 stroke or something.
  13. Pay it off? lol I am interested in a dirt bike, though unfortunately what I'd be keen on is a few factors more expensive
  14. Apart from the fact I'm obviously not hitting my carb macro target and way overshooting my protein target, this is exactly what I'm getting at - you guys have overcomplicated something that's obviously working for me anyway
  15. haha yeah it does, though less than the stupid sultana bran I'd usually eat if I had cereals. I don't eat fruit through the rest of the day like I see some people doing excessively, so no sugar intake there for me. Nor do I have sugar in my coffee(s).
  16. lol fark alright easy on! Yeah cereals are good, it's just annoying to see how loaded with sugar even the apparently "healthy" ones are. Got myself a shitload of muesli though, plenty of fruit all through it n shit. Gonna snack the hell out of that at work.
  17. Motherf**ker. Now I'm jealous of you.
  18. Ban it is. lol.
  19. Search function - use it. Hell, you don't even need to use it since there's a thread at the top of this section with results in it. 400 what? HP or Kw?
  20. Yeah, $1500 D2 Racing coilover package for the car of my choice. Looking at their RS range, they're almost all $1450 - $1500. So more or less, I'll grab whichever model someone wants to buy off me lol. $1250 and they're yours.
  21. I'm only just realising how little carbohydrates are in things like steamed veggies lol...no wonder I'm at such a shortage even though I'm eating plenty f**k this nutrition shit
  22. But for what goal? Maintenance? Gaining?
  23. hahaha yeah happy with taking the door prize! Now to find someone who'd like a good cheap set of coilovers
  24. I'll be heading up a bit later in the afternoon in the 33 for dinner, then I'll likely come home and drive up again tomorrow in the van. Bringing change of clothes in case I sleep in a gutter somewhere instead of coming home though.
  25. I'm not quite as big of an ectomorph you boys are, plus I'd eat the majority of it in one sitting. Otherwise they're usually $10 each at Coles. Probably cheaper, taste better, bit quality would go downhill a bit. Chicken breast mince is just boring. Tastes like plain chicken breast funnily enough it's a little bit dry, but otherwise I get it because it's gonna be lower on fat than generic supermarket shit, you actually know what part of the chicken went into it (no f**king cartilage etc), and it's actually not much more expensive than Woollies chicken mince - if at all more.
