  3. Exactly what do you mean by disorder? As in, skinny or fat direction? I agree though, I can't necessarily 'enjoy' food any more. If you mean eating disorder that sees me unable to eat 99% of available foods because I see them as "unhealthy" and "fattening" then I agree and see why you mean. I'll have a hugely relaxed mindset over the Christmas period, then again as soon as Summer is over I'm going to relax it again (since shirt will be staying on a lot more lol) and start aiming for some real gains. Depending on a lot of variables like injury etc, I'm going to aim for 225kg deadlift by end of winter next year, which I hope to be able to maintain while I cut back to somewhere around 75kg for summer - ideally achieving triple bodyweight deadlift. I'm undoubtedly setting slightly unrealistic goals here, but yeah...
  4. Saturday. Unfortunately I wanted to watch the track day, but f**k knows why it's held on Friday....I'd have thought track day and airport runs would've been entirely on the weekend.... Oh well, I've got the SAU dinner too

  6. Mine's done this (and is doing again). I believe first time it was a bush wearing out...second time it was the rod you use to hold the bonnet up (CONSIDER THIS!!! If the rubber on the end is worn, it can sit in such a way that it rubs on something causing a squeak). This time it's either this again, or my flimsy front bar mounting/broken headlight mounts. Meh.
  7. Oh also on the subject of smith machine squats vs nothing - if the power cages are all taken, consider doing some goblet squats while you wait. I'm sure you probably know what they are, but in case you don't they're where you hold a dumbbell vertically under your chin against your chest and squat with it there. I will generally use a 40kg dumbbell, so obviously you can tell this isn't particularly a leg exercise; but my god does it work your core. At least this will kill some time while you wait to do real squats.
  8. Bloated gut the morning after binging....had a heap of home made banana cake last night at parent's place, followed by like a third of a jar of organic peanut butter on rye biscuits. Not even unhealthy!! hahahaha I've mentally conditioned myself a bit too far I think lol

  12. First skyline was stolen and put up a gutter (financial write-off) 3 months after I bought it. Second skyline has had many issues after engine mods, as well as being defected for missing front number plate which resulted in engineer's cert being required for mods as well as a myriad of other shit being fixed. $2700 to get it back on the road. Plenty of details in the engine mod issues to make it seem much worse, but you get the idea.

  16. I've seen someone doing standing skullcrushers on the smith Definition required Only thing I ever really use the smith machine for now is shrugs on the odd occasion, usually when the olympic bars are in use/demand.

  18. Yeah stick with the stocker mate, there's absolutely no need to "upgrade" head gasket for a stock engine or even one with mild mods. Plus yeah you need the head and/or block prepped to ensure a flat surface etc

  21. Shut up I know it's just a supplement, but I hate having an eating routine thrown out of rhythm when something isn't available. Lately I've barely been making use of protein shakes and have been relying almost entirely on chicken breast mince (and now Kangaroo mince due to not being able to get chicken) for the bulk of my protein intake. I just like to make things simple and easier to manage - WPI makes it so much easier.
