  1. Negative yo. I don't own an R32; VW or Nissan
  2. Have seen the white R35 sporting 57777 number plates a few times this last week on Parkes Way/Fairbairn Ave
  3. I guess I can say whatever I want, knowing I actually have to turn up to something for once before I face the repercussions of my comments. Bitch
  4. Make me biatch!
  5. Spotted a nice sounding yellow GT-T turning into Westfield Belconnen carpark over lunchtime today.
  6. When I've gone for a 1RM (I'll use my 190kg DL as an example), I've just done my usual warmup set of ~6x 100kg, then 3x 140kg, 3x 160kg (was my working weight at the time, normal rep range of 5-8), then the 1RM attemp (which I got 2 reps of ). This wouldn't be a normal routine by any means, and I'm sure there's better ways to do it. It's just what I went with - warmup, then step up incrementally doing only a few reps at each weight, then 1RM
  7. Being gay isn't a choice, Adam.
  8. Alas, I no longer have the candy van haha
  9. Doing 8/9kg 4 sets of 10-12 reps. It's not too heavy for any muscles being recruited; it feels like it's trying to bend/twist my elbow in such a way I cannot counter it with muscle tension. Definitely still hammers the whole deltoid group as well as traps though, so I don't think I'm taking away from the movement too much by not going absolutely straight arm lifts.
  10. Yeah, I've been supersetting 1-hand standing lateral raises with my military press arm *slightly* bent as perfectly straight doesn't quite feel right in the elbow, but I definitely know what you mean by "not bent" and I certainly avoid that haha. Anything that makes an exercise EASIER is generally the WRONG THING to do.
  11. My shoulders are shit
  12. You don't really like reading, do you Adam? hahaha I said the whole reason I have that many sessions per week is due to each session being stupidly short due to time restrictions (I have plenty of free time, just never in decent chunks except for weekends, and even then....) so I'll get like 30-45 mins of gym time before work (including setting up, and showering after. Requires getting up by 5:30am); about the same give or take (usually take) over lunch, but not ever day; then a little bit more of an arvo, but I'm often finding myself running errands and generally caught up with shit that I'll rarely be interested in using the spare time I have in the arvo for gym as I desperately want to zone out and relax after dealing with potatoes all day. So really I'm getting in maybe a little more time than yourself, just annoyingly spread across more sessions.
  13. On average, I'd *attend* the gym 5-7 times a week, though this is mostly due to each session being somewhat restricted on time and then having to complete it next session. Like if I go in the morning before work, I might manage to get 2-3 exercises in (try to superset everything if I can just to make use of time), which isn't quite enough for a push/pull/legs split, so I'll finish off the session on my lunch break (equally as short timeframe available). It's a bit shit, but it works for now until I find more free time and less stress
  14. Break from the gym is good?! hahaha
  15. Which is exactly why the last time I deadlifted anything, it was that 190kg PB well over a month ago hahaha I know deadlifts are pretty much THE BACK EXERCISE, PERIOD....but given I'm not too interested in powerlifting specifically, I'm forgoing on them again for a while. At least when I'm keen to include them again, I'll start from the bottom again ensuring form is immaculate by taking advantage of an offer put forward by the (now former) owner of Elite Physique here in Canberra - Billy Giampaolo - to show me how it's done haha. Ahh, Billy's a legend.
  16. Good shit man that's pretty beast! I haven't bothered pushing bench for ages currently working set of 90kg ~8 reps....but weighted dips are up at +44kg for sets of 10-12
  17. lol yep yep. Still gotta dodge them VDs etc
  18. Maybe he's just struggling to get it out.... Where's the line on this one? hahaha
  19. OOOOOOO SNAP! hahaha I'm lucky in a way living literally less than 500m from my girlfriend's place lol... When I want it (and guaranteed she does too lol), it's less than 5 mins walk away But I still make her walk to my place. Of course.
  20. Personally, my recent digestive issues are pretty much entirely responsible for my (lack of) libido. I don't even want someone touching me (not even a fkn hug) when I feel like I do most afternoons, let alone get all naked and sweaty hahahahaha
  21. The irony though is once you start introducing exogenous test, you shut down your own natural production anyway. So pin that 250mg every week, or every other week....either way, you won't be producing anything yourself...so ultimately you will be at 0 test lol
  22. From everything I've read on others' experiences, anything more frequent than fortnightly is a pipedream at best lol... Maybe endos these days are just lazy shits (much like a lot of medical professionals, particularly GPs)...
  23. Not literally 100% ineffective, but the gel is almost there, and if you're lucky enough to get an endo that'll go down the injection route don't even remotely expect your test levels to come even close to an acceptable range/normal. That, and the injection frequency is beyond a fkn joke - a single large injection every 6-8 weeks? No thanks. It's not like that single injection spread over the ridiculous timeframe even compares to a normal level anyway, ignoring the fact your blood levels will be all over the place. I suspect you're speaking from personal experience though? No need to answer that, by the way privacy and all that jazz
  24. Sure, if you're happy to settle with borderline female testosterone levels anyway. TRT isn't even a joke it's that pathetically ineffective. You could probably raise your natural production more effectively by meditating lol
