  7. Oh also my camera's waterproof case decided early on that it was going to do the exact opposite of its designed purpose, hence my brand new camera flooded and died. No photos as per requests really disappointed, hopefully I can at least get it replaced haha.
  8. Many fish were caught. I was without much doubt the hottest guy on the whole farken boat lol (from an aesthetically built perspective and shirtless at least), as I was advised quite a few times by multiple men and women. Particularly so on the "Island" themed evening during which I was dressed up by my mates in a grass skirt and coconut bikini and paraded all over the place. All I can say is that was the most female attention I've ever received, from girls of ALL ages. Even the girls with their partners tried not to stare, but failed. Hell, even the staff had a hard time So many scary cougars though rofl All in all 'twas a splendid time!

  11. I simply cleaned mine up a bit with some glass cleaner, then hit em with some silvo (silver polish) and some good elbow grease, then another round of the glass cleaner and they're sweet. Still looking pretty good around 4 months later, which is acceptable enough given it cost me f**k all to do haha
  12. FML. Dropped 2kg while on that cruise, though I did manage to get myself tonsillitis on Wednesday so that likely has a lot to do with it (not eating much since then and not nearly enough water). Back to the (clean) bulk I go!
  13. Ultimately my goals remain very similar, though more defined and logical (rather than aiming for a bodyweight specifically etc). I moved on from the routine you gave me Birds only due to it feeling too repetitive for me. It was definitely delivering results as an appropriately structured push/pull should, though I just got mentally bored of the same routines. As of recently I took a fairly simple routine from BB.com which I think I've put in this thread before, but you can find it quoted again below for good measure. I've slightly modified it, but only in terms of reps/sets for certain things - bench press for example, where my sets are currently 60kg 12 reps, 80kg 6 reps, 90kg failure (usually 2-4 reps), 80kg failure, 60kg failure. Otherwise the daily structure remains the same. I've got some great strength and physique gains from it so far, and I don't feel as though it will get boring too soon.
  14. I definitely will hit the lean bulking hard again after summer once the shirt will be staying on haha, though gonna keep it as clean as possible. Try hard to work back towards 80kg without putting too much of the fat back on. Doesn't bother me though, as most of you agree being ripped looks better Really I want to aim for a 2.5x bodyweight deadlift, so putting on too much more weight isn't desirable. Got 160kg 1 rep yesterday. Quite happy with that. Will make better gains when I'm stuffing my face again hahaha I'll try my absolute best bro Ummmm He doesn't?

  19. I think that while "fast food" isn't bad per se, its nastiness lies in calorie to serving size ratio. You're getting a whole heap of shit in such a small package that most of the time is far from filling.
  20. Yeah I'm cutting, but haven't eaten Maccas in around 2 years, or KFC/doughnut goodness in about 1 year. No temptation here.

  23. Haha y u feel beta? And you're from Canada? Awesome Update: 155kg 1RM deadlift no worries at all. Other than my face feeling like it wanted to pop from blood being forced up there, everything else felt perfect and surprisingly easy.

I'm actually really really happy to see how much of a positive response I'm getting right now, really makes everything worth it for sure Particularly since you've given me honest criticism from a girl's perspective, which is just what I need I do still need to build shoulders and traps up a little, but otherwise I don't want much more muscle than where I am now. I'm preparing to let them all down rofl Oh also boarding for sure!! Downhill MTB at whistler in the summer, snowboarding in the winter. Super keen! Hitting up the alps in Austria would be surreal though, would be a sight to see! hahaha cheers bro deadlifting is going well at the moment. Quite happily back to 120kg for 3 sets of 10, and did 140kg for 1 rep to see if I still could and it was farken EASY. Not gonna push too hard on weight though while I'm restricting calories, feel a bit lazy halfway through a set and I'll hurt myself again Just focussing on a bit more volume with lighter weights for the time being.
