  4. Personally over the last month I've had no problems stomaching nothing but egg white omelettes w/ bacon, and plain chicken breast mince w/ brown rice....oh and the occasional steamed veggies. I live a simple life

  6. I'd say slightly pumped, and lighting assisted I started cutting back at about 78kg at the same point I started training legs again, and am now roughly 75kg.
  7. UPDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE!!!! Well, just a pic really - since my lifts are fairly the same. Although I'm up to 90kg 3 reps barbell bench press, got 95kg 2 reps easy enough. I've been cutting back relatively full on over the last month and a bit in preparation for an 11 night cruise I've got coming up next Tuesday, headed out to Vanuatu etc here's my wanky stance selfie. It was taken in the gym bathroom, so I suppose you could apply a similar handicap to Birds' tinted car window pics I still look average as hell with a shirt on hahaha, but summer = shirt off as we all know

  9. Barbell rows or Pendlay rows for sure man. I don't touch the seated row any more, and only ever do these in its place. 65kg 3 sets of 8 reps isn't terrible for me Also something that might be of preference depending on the kind of handle your seated row uses - T-bar rows. Loading weight on one end of an olympic bar and using the handle to lift it between your legs.
  10. Yeah definitely meaningful. f**k getting a tattoo you can't find any kind of meaning in, that you won't still agree with for the rest of your life. Only other tattoo I have is a bit cliche (song lyrics) but I can't see their message ever being disagreed on - "Keep your hopes up high, and your head down low"
  11. I know you've said something along the lines of not making gains with a calorie deficit or while dropping fat, though I'm nearly certain that was with regards to gaining muscle mass. And NERRRRRRRRRRRRR I know Nina lifts as much as me I'm getting back on my feet from injury while only having just really got into REAL lifting haha

  21. Easy though bro, I did 140kg for reps and 150kg 1RM with no pain, then next session crippled myself with 100kg. Assuming you didn't completely ignore my phat post earlier, SERIOUSLY GIVE THAT STRETCH A GO! I was getting a bit of soreness just this morning from squats since I really had no energy and subconsciously couldn't be f**ked doing them properly, but after 4 minutes of that stretch per leg I'm feeling 110%

  23. Does sound a bit like my SIJ bullshit on a good day. Other than taking a heap of time off from deads and squats, I've found hamstring stretching to help SO MUUUUUUUUCH. This specifically: You need to get close enough that it's uncomfortable as f**k to keep your leg straight with your pelvis/back FLAT on the ground, but not so unbearable that you can lay there for 3 or more minutes. Keep your toes pointed AWAY - ie, don't pull them towards your body. This is a hamstring/glute stretch, not calves and back Along with some isolated glute stretches.

  25. hahaha no worries mate it's the truth In preparation for an 11 night pacific islands cruise I've got Tuesday week, I cleaned the shit out of my diet and have cut back a bit. Dropped a little over 2kg now sitting on 75.5kg. I've done a 140kg deadlift for 1 rep just to see if I still had it in me, and it was f**king easy days! Sure I could pump 2x bodyweight no worries, but no point just now. Otherwise I'm still gaining strength while dropping fat, which according to Markos doesn't make sense very slow gains though, very slow. Getting pretty cut, so happy at the moment. I'll provide a proper update with pics in my thread next weekend
