  11. What he said. I felt overall REALLY GOOD and stronger (be it placebo or whatever) while I was smashing the shit out of my legs twice a week. Now since I haven't done deadlifts for well over a month and squats/leg press for almost as long, I feel much weaker and generally smaller. Hate not being able to do legs.

Well first of all it depends on how much protein you should be taking in per day, this is different for everybody so I'm sure someone can share an accurate figure (though I dare say it's roughly based on body weight). Usually about 2g of protein for every kg of bodyweight if I recall correctly. Secondly we need to remember it's designed as a supplement, so it depends on how much protein you're taking in already from your normal food intake. You'd be pretty safe with 1 scoop 3 times a day or something like that, spread out between meals or right after workouts.

  17. Involuntary weight loss time, negative emotion kills my appetite and at this point I'm stressed as fuark. Drove home starving at 330, received shit news, had to force myself to eat dinner at 730. Shit.

  20. I'm still doing EVERYTHING I can without loading the joint. Makes 'pull' exercises difficult, but those stupid machines help with that.
  21. Going well to be honest. I got some Voltaren 25 and immediately felt great! Suggesting that you were likely correct on that it was sacroiliitis...So I'm just avoiding loading that joint until at least mid-way to the end of next month. Oh also xray showed S1 isn't fused to the rest so in effect is acting as L6 - an additional lumbar vertebra. Though that's apparently fairly common, could contribute to excessive movement in the SIJ?
  22. No verdict as such, but I can vouch for vanilla (very subtle taste), chocolate, and banana (tastes just like banana lollies). Vanilla is my favourite due to highest protein:carb ratio and it being such a simple flavour, as though it simply had some vanilla essence in milk
