  1. One of our resident heavy lifters wanna critique my squat form? Just feels (and also looks) like I'm leaning forward retardedly when I'm standing straight. Also how does the depth look for 100kg? lol It's also annoying how skinny/small this makes me look lol, think it's from the position my arms/shoulders are in. Finally, yes, I realise my ass is somewhat of a stand-out feature (nohomo) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z6bXlgbqshg
  2. I suspect Sinista32 might just have them...
  3. Don't try my method which I unintentionally used today: Fall asleep on towel at the beach while it's somewhat overcast and shitty. Wake up like 45 minutes later with the sun out, absolutely SCORCHING. Apparently it had been out for a while too. Am now a lobster.
  4. haha yeah I do both, scales definitely f**k with my head though. f**king water weight etc fluctuating something crazy hahaha
  5. Yep, I see what you mean. Just gotta reiterate - my objective is to get to a weight, and then cut back. I don't intend to stick to a weight, I just wanna hit that marker before I drop the fat and then ideally maintain whatever I end up on.
  6. I'd assume holidays, just taking Friday off to make it a 4 day weekend. Autotech has done the same thing.
  7. hahaha, yeah I agree totally with everything above! I'm not *too* concerned with how I look while I lose the definition, though let's look at this in an absolute worst-case-scenario deal - I won't be happy with the end result and wind up more or less back where I started. Call it an experiment or experience at worst really. I get big (and fatty), cut back and I'll either be happy or disappointed with it. I'm aiming for a weight, and when I reach it then I'll cut back while trying to hold onto as much of the muscle I've gained as I can. Once that's done, we'll see where I stand Though I definitely don't like not having as defined abs now hahaha. It's like NOOOO WHERE YOU GO?! COME BACK
  8. Andrew, lol
  9. When they asked everyone why they're there, was it any surprise the amount of people that answered "because if I don't do this I lose my license"? It's bullshit that you don't lose the points until you pay the fine, coz that means those kunce have a chance to gain 4 more points before they lose their Ps
  10. Looks like a bit of a freshy punce lol
  11. Woden, turning right out of Irving street onto Launceston. Stupid Canadian he is.
  12. XBC-762, white R33 GTS-T sporting both P plates and GT-R badges (unless it's a GT-R with front drive shaft removed). I belive your name is Alex? It would be a good idea to NOT come out of T-intersections sideways, especially during peak hour. Grow up.
  13. Haven't a clue lol. I know I've gained some for sure though
  14. Don't forget the stupid amount of caffeine and dimethylamylamine
  15. The Harbinger, republic side.
  16. As in, riding the clutch when taking off.
  17. That Exedy is what's been in my car since just before I bought it. I think the receipt was dated March 2009, so we're getting on towards 3 years of use - just over 1 year of which has been at ~295rwkw. I've slipped it badly a few times though, stunk like shit for hours hahaha. My bad.
  18. Yeah as above, why not Woden? I suppose it might be a bit far south for the deadbeats northsiders.
  19. I managed to do the same thing on the Monaro near the gaol one night. Unfortunately for me one of the more solid parts of the corpse got the better of my muffler, bashing up the underside of it. Still works fine though lol
  20. I disagree, for someone such as myself - if I eat "properly" I feel like a lethargic bucket of shit at the gym. I find I'll feel really sick like I've drunk too much milk or something if I've eaten anything within ~5 or so hours of a hard "push" session. Unfortunately this also has the side effect of causing me to feel short of energy sometimes. I'm a big hit and miss deal when it comes to eating for energy
  21. 90 in a 60 zone, I'm going to assume after cruising in from Kambah direction (80kph speed limit)....not all THAT outrageous I'm one of few (and only occasionally) that actually reduce speed to 60 PRIOR to going through those traffic lights...sucks
