Cheers got pull this evening, gonna go for 3 sets of 10+ pendlay rows @55kg, and either 40kg+ dumbbell or 100kg+ barbell shrugs. Maybe +10kg wide grip pullups, but that might wreck me too much since it's first up...

Yeah in the long run aiming for 80kg lean. For now though I'm about halfway between trying to get bigger and keeping it athletic for summer. 2kg per hand? Lol 36kg to 40kg is 4kg brah Cheers for the positive comments too

Fair point, perhaps we'll do legs before sprints then. Lol @ the idea of heavier dumbbells... I doubt it haha. Aiming for 40kg by mid next month, lol let's see...

Also the biggest restriction (or ironically smallest as the case would be) that you have are your balls.

I'm back well above where I was prior to my Europe trip, busted out 7 reps of 36kg dumbbell press on my last set to see if I could do it. Given I used to do DB press first up and only on 34kg, I'd say it's good progress given this evening it was after DB shoulder press (upped weight 2kg per hand on this too)

Spotted the damage I've done to the other dude's car - sweet shit all. Minor dent in the boot (wagon) and some paint exchange on his bumper. Bumper hasn't moved which is good should be easy fix. The guy's really understanding about it too, totally apologetic for getting his rage on haha. On a side note, this was the only upside to that whole day:

Heyooooo SIZE 10 MENS Actual skate in the box in my room taken right now: Ok so I impulsively want to upgrade and get myself some aggressive skates. I bought these second hand from a guy who used them no more than 3 times. I myself have used them a few times, though they just aren't my thing. They're too easy to get around on, not enough effort. Not enough exercise LOL. They're practically brand new. Looking at them you'd think they've been used once. The inners have hardly been affected by anyone's foot, so they're still quite a firm fit (will loosen up when they actually get USED haha). Wheels are barely worn, bearings are perfect. There aren't even any noticeable scratches on these things, that's how barely used they are. I was told by the guy I bought them from that he paid $300 for them new. I picked them up for $120. Selling today for $85 OR BEST OFFER. Feel free to make an offer, and anyone local is quite welcome to come around and try them on/go for a bit of a skate to see how they feel. Front bar is rooted, reo is bashed in (cracked along centre screw...probably just bend back), and bonnet took a hit and arched a little - I just sat on it and thumped it a few times and she looks ok apart from the dint where the impact was lol Also hoping I haven't damaged the cooler or piping...can't f**king tell thanks to MAP sensor!

During the day around 1pm? Spotted myself rear-ending some guy in his white commodore wagon this afternoon.....he who hesitates is lost, and I must say I can't stand it when someone hesitates at a roundabout. Not to say I wasn't in the wrong, but when someone starts to move forward when there's a break they should follow through on it instead of hitting the brakes.
