WRONGMAN? YOU GOT f*kEN PROOF THAT'S MY NAME M8? EVIDENCE ME, BITCH!
-
Sorry I've been called out on a heap of things all over the place the last couple of weeks and I'm f**king sick of it lol. I'm happy to be PROVEN wrong. PROVEN. But if someone disputes something I've said - something that at least as far as I'm aware at the time is correct information - without providing any kind of evidence to back their claim - I'm going to go about showing I'm correct. I don't mean to direct this next comment towards Mik at all, as he's cluey as fark and not just some internet knowitall (like me lol), but I'm getting real f**king tired of complete downers coming out of the woods trying to tell me I'm wrong....when thus far for the most part, I'm f**king right 100% lol. Again, I'm happy to be proven wrong. Then we all learn something. But don't just tell me I'm wrong with nothing to back it up. That makes you look stupid, which I know you (Mik) are not
-
No, mothers are generally ignorant to facts by their own stubborn choice; I provide sources to back my point. Are you saying I'm still incorrect, along with the cited ACT rego webpage? Maybe someone should contact them letting them know they're providing misinformation on their website. I'll let one of you guys do that.
-
Well if you incurred LESS than 12 points within the 3 year period beginning from the date of the first offence, then yes. You have been treated unfairly. Unless your loss of licence wasn't directly due to accruing 12 points within 3 years, and was the ruling of someone with the power to revoke it. End of the line is that as of whatever date the information in the link above was published, I'm correct (with regards to ACT licencing at least).
-
For ACT: http://www.rego.act.gov.au/infringements/demerit-points 12 or more points within a 3 year period. Technically I was wrong in that you don't start with 12 points to lose, but you start with 0 and accumulate them until you reach 12 within ant given 3 year period. My explanation above is still correct for the purpose of this discussion.
-
Source, please? I've been advised by multiple RTA employees on more than one occasion, and have clarified it with them to be sure. It most certainly ISN'T "3 years with NO loss of points", which is what you're suggesting.
-
Just wanted to clarify this one - you don't need to go the full 3 years without losing any points in order to get them back. Demerit points are applied (or deducted, technically) on the date of the infringement, and then 3 years after this date those points are returns to you. So as long as you don't accrue a TOTAL of 12 points (or 4, whatever licence you hold) in any 3 year period, you're fine. So if I lose 6 points today, then another 2 points in June, I will have 4 points remaining until 14/01/2018 (assuming I don't lose any more between June and then). Comes 14/01/2018, I will have those 6 demerit points returned to my licence, leaving me with 10 points until June 2018, at which point the remaining 2 will be returned also. I'm sure everyone knows this already, but I just thought I'd clarify a bit more

Try eating a single meal then feeling incredibly bloated for the rest of the day like you finished a buffet dinner not 20 minutes earlier.....storyofmyf**kinglifelately.jpg

Bulk Nutrients NO3X. Give it a shot if you want, I find it quite decent and I have a small tolerance to caffeine/stims now (not as bad as I used to, but now I restrict my caffeine intake and basically never use pre-trainer either) Also Dan, I might partly go back on my words from yesterday regarding MACA. I downed a heaped teaspoon on an empty stomach yesterday morning before heading to the gym, and by the time I got there (maybe 20 mins later) I was feeling a lot more awake and motivated than usual. Could be down to anything, so just went with it. However this morning I figured I'd repeat the teaspoon on an empty stomach, and again shortly afterwards I feel better than usual. Particularly so after I've had a coffee. It may very well have noticeable effect when you give it a chance by cutting out other variables haha (empty stomach), so I'll keep doing this teaspoon of MACA before I leave each morning to see if it continues Still sceptical though

No further comments from this direction....
-
Coz it's cheap and tasty (imo). Why do we augment our intake in any way at all, if it's not actually benefiting us (like flavouring)?
-
And with all that said, personally I still place quite a bit of value on the placebo effect. Even if it's all in your head - if it's the result of taking a supplement, THINKING it's doing something, and then mind over matter takes over the reigns and makes this thought a reality....that's still one-up on having taken nothing at all. Even placebo is worth something
-
Which is precisely why I'm saying don't expect to notice it making a difference, as it'll be so subtle it'd probably make that morning regular flat white feel like a point of meth in comparison Bottom line - get on it anyway. I'll still call placebo on you, but I'm more than happy for you to call me out on the above claims by telling me it's doing leaps and bounds over caffeine for ya
-
This is me 100% hahahahaha. Actually looks worse when I'm wearing full length tights under my normal cargo shorts. Since they're long, you can't see anything above the knee....and since they're baggy, they emphasise the scrawniness of my calves lol Oh, I love it already if only for the interesting flavour it adds to my shakes hahahaha. All I'm saying is don't expect miracles, and likely anything you THINK you notice in regards to improvements upon starting MACA supplementation is going to be either placebo, or a completely unrelated occurrence/change you just didn't notice (like the extra sleep ). Regardless, for the price (when you consider the dosage), I can't see ANY reason not to give it a shot, save for disliking the taste/texture or it having a negative impact through intolerance/allergy
-
Missed my point Dan I was emphasising the fact that any claimed effects from things like MACA are going to be barely noticeable, and for the average person it's impossible to conclude the MACA played any role whatsoever in their circumstances changing. My point was that it'd be impossible to discern whether the teaspoon of MACA is responsible for any elevations/improvements over other tiny seemingly irrelevant changes that would go unnoticed - like the 10 minutes of sleep I mention. Good sleep, shit sleep - makes no difference in my point - on a scale of 1 - 100 for gauging the impact of something, consider that extra 10 minutes sleep might make an improvement of 15 points, while the MACA made an improvement of 5. Really, they're both such pissweak improvements alone there's no way you could definitively conclude it was either one responsible. Hell, accidentally inhaling some saliva in your sleep causing your subconsciousness to cough a whole bunch without waking you up probably has just as much of a detrimental impact on how you feel when you wake as MACA does an improvement Make sense? hahaha that's fair if not compression gear, I can't see any type of clothing making a difference - as long as it doesn't stick to your skin and/or bind up hindering the movement.
-
I've been giving the MACA a shot....the problem I have with these kind of supplements is that they have next to zero scientific studies done on them to actually PROVE their claims, and the claimed effects themselves are that f**king subtle they might as well be placebo. 10 minutes extra sleep in the morning probably makes more of a noticeable difference in alertness etc etc than the teaspoon of MACA powder you ingested shortly after waking.

^^^^ pair of full length compression tights with basketball/cycling shorts, and barefoot/socks

I'd be 15% max right now. Got sloppeh hahaha Holy shit 40% is filth. Doesn't even look like a human torso any more. Featureless blob.

Shame there's no way he could help out with something the size of a bonnet, coz the guy who sits next to me here at work goes back home to Wollongong every weekend haha
