Coffee barely wakes me up of a morning anymore, let alone makes me feel energised though no, I've set myself no more than 90 seconds between sets which is enough to post on here lol. I do however find it quite difficult to type haha, but I only ever sweat when I do leg exercises like incline press, deadlifts or squats. No idea why, but nothing else seems to make me sweat no matter how far I push myself.
