  3. Also BOOYA 5kg of Bulk Nutrients chocolate WPI just rocked up. LOVE the taste, though I will be honest it isn't 100% what I expected - though I haven't had a chocolate protein mix yet and this is the highest % mix I've had so far. Shit just got real.

  5. Ebay yes, China unsure....why does it matter? I bet if Garrett was made in China (I don't know, is it?) you wouldn't say that. If quality control is equal, there's nothing wrong with something being manufactured in China. Also I suspect that Kinugawa was manufactured in either Japan or Taiwan

I read something earlier either in the brain health thread about sugar alcohol and not being absorbed....just wanted to get a little bit more info on that though not sure which thread to ask it in.....can someone explain what exactly the term "sugar alcohol" defines? Like, rum? lol....and it was said it doesn't get absorbed, would that mean drinking certain alcohols would give you less calorie/carb intake than others (mixers aside)?

Bit late Terry, lol I'm a testament to there being no way to truly prevent it, I was healthy as f**k Though yes, I can definitely agree 1000000% that a topic like this needs to be considered by anyone and everyone, as having a stroke was seriously f**ked - I'm only lucky I was so young and recovered like it never happened. Older folks are the ones who needs to be concerned.

Last time I went on holidays I could incline leg press 200kg before I left, ate nothing but shit while I was gone, and could press 260kg when I returned. Guess where I went...

  16. Good thing Wednesday was the rest day you've assigned Birds, coz I was a motherf**king wreck today. Since what would have been ~6pm AEST Sunday arvo I've had around about 11 hours sleep. Until I got home and crashed out this evening for a few hours. Not cool. Gonna call in sick tomorrow so I can actually catch up on this lack of sleep, will definitely hit the gym over lunch tomorrow though, keen to get back into it SO f**kING BAD WAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
  17. Yep, I'm very much about proper technique. I couldn't agree with you more, that's the problem with mine - SO MANY PEOPLE 4 afternoons a week will be fine almost every week for me. If I'm going to be strapped for time one arvo, I'll just go knock off half that day's exercises during lunch - I work about 5 minute walk from the gym, and live only 5 minute drive away. ALSO!!!! Just returned from my 6.5 weeks overseas in Europe. Weighed myself and discovered I've in fact LOST about 1.5kg. I can guarantee I've put on a bit of fat, so I'm a bit sad that I must have dropped quite a bit of muscle on the other hand, it at least tells me I had plenty of muscle to lose in the first place, lol. Now just gotta get it all back. 72kg now, aiming for 80kg by summer with preferably the same BF% as before my trip, or less
