  1. Black 33 Uriarra reserve yesterday
  2. f**k those dream boats. Lol
  3. Same here cheapest, and Aussie owned+manufactured Unless of course it's something my mate stocks in his supp store. Then I'd rather support him, lol. Though this is only for things like Quest bars and PB2 etc. Stuff you can't buy from BN because it isn't simply just a single "product" like whey, beta-alanine, etc
  4. Bulk Nutrients are Australian owned (and most if not all of their products are Australian produce too). There's irony in going into a 'local business' to 'support them', then buying an imported product from an overseas company Plus I give no f**ks for the bleeding hearts of (most) small businesses. Fit in or f**k off. There's significantly more detrimental things for small business going on in our country than online shopping perhaps something that actually resulted in the average person having enough cash to spend on whatever goods they're after so they don't even feel the need to bargain hunt online lol TL;DR - buying BN products is almost certainly supporting local businesses and therefor Australian jobs more than paying 3x what you should be for an imported product from your 'local supp store', imo.
  5. As Triggerhappy said, it's more well-known in the general 'naturopath/health food' scene than the gym/fitness scene. That, and most sites I had a read of just now completely and utterly lacked ANY sources for their vague and not even remotely guaranteed claims - scientific or anecdotal. Regardless, cheap cheap so why the hell not. Bulk Nutrients do it for $55/kg, listing a normal dose as anywhere from 2 - 6g daily. So yeah, f**k all.
  6. Very interesting, and to be honest I'm actually very surprised the shit isn't f**king scheduled the way our government reacts to any compound that has well....ANY effect whatsoever on our bodies. Further, I actually thought it was nothing more than a flavour of the month supplement jumping on the "superfood" bullshit bandwagon. A fad which would soon pass once the myriad of stupid little girls and their goldfish memory capacity forgot about it. Like garcinia cambogia.....the joke that shit is lol Will do some reading and consider getting a sample from my mate's shop
  7. Added a tablespoon of malted milk powder to my post-workout shake. f**king boss.
  8. Servo pumps usually have a minimum delivery, though I can't think how much off hand. But yes. You know just how much you're being ripped off when you see how much a company can afford to discount something. No company will sell something at a loss unless it's a very specific promotion. Gives a very good indication of markup percentage on various goods and services when you see them on sale. They'd still be making a tiny profit on their discounted rate. dream boats.
  9. On a serious note, my missus just started her new job at a brand new baby...uhh...stuff place in Mitchell - Capital Baby Supplies. Go in and see her for whatever you may need - like child seats - you get good price
  10. hahahaha nahhh girlfriend is on her Ls (was on her full licence, licence expired week earlier than she thought, work sent her across town, randomly pulled up, book thrown at her...). Figured she could drive it around for lulz since she legally can. She'll get her Ps again shortly, then transfer them to ACT so she can legally drive her own car hahaha
  11. More on topic post from me.....L plates on the R???
  12. Exactly. Selling something like your car would only make sense out of pure desperation. The investment:return ratio makes it sheer insanity to let it go any other time. Plus it's really not bloody fair the way they (stereotypically) pull that shit. It's like f**k, what do YOU have of value we could sell instead of MY car, hmm?? And it's more than just a massively depreciated asset, lol...when you've poured enough into it, it's almost part of you.
  13. Congratulations (I hope)! hehe I'm gonna f**king hold you to this mate. I can't stand the number of NICE cars up for sale due to a baby coming along and more or less the missus handing down the orders that it's gotta go.
  14. Lolfaggotjoey
  15. Put the eyelids on the R, even though one has a small crack in it. EBay seller is shipping replacement pair anyway
  16. There's a name I haven't seen in a VERY long while
  17. I have a massively broken digestive system that seems to get pissed off over anything.
  18. Bloating side will just be my shitty digestive system. I think it *may* be the creatine pulling too much water through into my guts lol. But yeah, I definitely noticed more energy, focus, strength, etc from it. If I didn't get the sides I spoke of, and it wasn't bad to use a PWO all the time....I'd use it every session haha
  19. I liked pineapple/orange. Tasted a bit much like chemicals, but I was having a double scoop and diluted with less water, so was ridiculously strong. Definitely noticed positive effects from it, though like most PWOs/stims lately, it upsets ze guts a little. Bloat like crazy, feel like I've just consumed a banquet haha
  20. I'm concerned about what kind of stress it would put on the clutches....not to mention a handful of mk7 R have had the turbo impeller wheel find its way through the engine...might wanna wait til that happens before I go pushing it harder lol
  21. While both I and my boss alike do not fall into this category, the same cannot be spoken for others....hahaha I agree - this ain't the whorethread/section, keep it work safe On-topic, I'm WAY too tempted to jump on an end-of-year sale Revotechnik is having and pick up the stage 1 flash tune for the R...claimed gains of up to 76hp (283kw at the flywheel ) and 3.7 sec 0-100......all for $825. Whyyyyyyy
  22. Brand new, so 2014 model. There are definitely things about the previous shape I like over this one, though ultimately I'd still chose the new model personally Went to fit the eyelids yesterday....unfortunately one of them has a crack in it from being bent. No idea how that's happened considering the box they were delivered in looks fine oh well, sent the seller a message on ebay. Haven't left him feedback yet, so I'll certainly get a replacement lol
  23. Think I may have spotted Kat in the new daily this morning. 7:30am Pialligo Ave roundabouts past BDP.
