  1. LOL. Interesting, our hire car in Utah didn't have problems starting when it was -12 one morning....
  2. LOL nice one Richard! Although on the previous topic, yeah give Trojan a call - they're good with having that shit lying around.
  3. What's worse is I'm sure you realise that's normally a school zone too. Not so much he's speeding excessively through roadworks, but on any given school day he could wipe out some little ones. Yeah yeah yeah, we've had this discussion lol. Deamer used to be my street, I know ALL about it. Deamer should have some more farken islands, like right out the front of my parent's place.
  4. That would be more likely attributed to dyno variance lol
  5. $50 posted to Canberra? lul EDIT: wait f**k they're only 16" eh....oh well free bump
  6. Whatever the battery is in my 33, it's awesome. I've let it go flat like 3 or 4 times now, she's still sweet after a charge no worries.
  7. Well weak battery maybe meant it didn't have enough power to act against the spring when pushing the gear out to meet the flywheel, yet DID have enough to spin the motor without any load on it.
  8. Which is why I'd sort an external setup to replace my aircon
  9. blah blah 2J fags. When mine goes pop, I'll be looking into a proper 25/30 with 9.5:1 CR on e85. Screw all y'all!
  10. lol screw you Gus, it's not so much the lack of caffeine...it's the extreme bullshit I have to put up with while I'm running a team of 3 on my own and shit's going downhill. It makes me rage.
  11. No coffee, no money for coffee, ATM on 1st floor has no money for me to get out and buy coffee
  12. Shell, come to think of it if you weren't so dead-set on it being the starter motor and not the battery, I'd have come round at some time to swap my battery into your car and see what happens. Might have saved some time
  13. Morning, night, death....whatever, all feels the same to me right now
  14. Seen a nice silver R34 GT-R in tuggers a couple of times over past few days.
  15. No chance of separating the BOVs Noel? I'm in the market for a single basic ATMO BOV but don't want to spend some stupid amount of money on a fancy anodised thing that sounds like a dying cat.
  16. I'm more worried about oil starvation. I don't know how this event would compare to a track day, but keep in mind RB's, high RPM and oil staying up in the head On a private (enough) road the 33 didn't have any worries finding itself at 206kph before I backed off. Admittedly it's hard at that speed to pick up more, but it was effortless enough to get there in the first place. And my bodykit is BEAST!!! bahahaha yeah I understand that point though, I was having the glass on the windows slightly peeling itself away from the door seals
  17. You're fase. I swear I knew someone, but can't for the life of my remember....FARKEN
  18. Yeah Shell, more or less. Well that and come to think of it I don't know how keen on finding the limiter in 5th gear I am....sustained high rpm isn't a great thing lol
  19. I'm getting ~350 - 400km per tank from 98, so I suspect my 98 tune is a little rich too (and I like teh throttle). E85 + 20psi will be the first thing I get sorted once back from Europe in July. If I'm on 295kw @ 16psi on 98, the retune will rock my world.
  20. I'd be remotely keen on this if it didn't require a proper CAMS license...
  21. Welcome welcome! (double the welcome coz I'm fking awesome like that)
  22. yes and no. Black oil doesn't always mean detergents are working....can also mean burnt oil. I'd also say that just because the oil comes out a bit lighter colour, doesn't necessarily mean that detergents aren't working. Might just mean it was nice n clean inside and you didn't get the oil hot enough to gunk up any further.
